The hotel is amazing and the staff is excellent however do not stay here if you have a rental and a flight that is before 1000 am or after midnight. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot and you must rely on paid parking next door that closes at midnight and doesn't reopen until 0800..we had to leave our rental car behind and I was forced to pay 150 Euros to take me to the airport plus another $400 to have the car rental company come and retrieve the vehicle. I've never stayed in a five star hotel that did not have its own on site 24 hour parking.

The hotel location was calm and quiet, but with great connections. The room was upgraded and well laid out and furnished to a good quality. Great choice.

Camere molto carine, tetri e brutti i corridoi, veramente chiep la hall. Colazione eccezionale. Alla reception personale poco preparato al check-in mentre al checkout persona molto in gamba.

Struttura molto bella ma il pavimento della camera era molto sporco. Nel ristorante un cameriere faceva passare la scopa elettrica ovunque mentre cenavo. Sicuramente va rivista la gestione del personale, essendo un 5 stelle dove tutto dovrebbe essere impeccabile.

Très bel hôtel
Chambre très très spacieuse et hôtel bien situé. Produits d’hygiène fournis par l’hôtel vraiment excellent Un seul bémol est le manque de service de restauration tard le soir.

The property is in a narrow street within a more business area but within walking distance of 10 min or 15-20 min with luggage to Milano Centrale train station. It is also 5-7 min to the Metro station (Republica) with one stop to Milano Centrale. It is definitely does not feel and look like a 5-star property nor it offers such services to be one. The gentleman working as the evening concierge/front desk was very indifferent and not helpful but the ladies at the front desk checking us in were very pleasant and good. Our room/suite on the top floor (4) was large but very dark due to poor lighting. The room needed some side tables by the couch and wing chair and some wall decoration as the walls were painted in dark colors and due to limited and dim lighting, the whole room was depressing. The bathroom was small but workable. Again, not enough lighting especially around the magnifying mirror. The room was also very hot (late October) and AC was shut down. We left the windows open but bathroom and the closet were quite hot.

My stay at Palazzo Cornalia was extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The foyer was also welcoming and the front desk helpful.

Enjoyed my stay
Loved staying here. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. Bathroom smelled divine. Love it when a hotel offers good toiletries (aqua di Parma). Staff was always willing to help and providing options on where to eat, what attractions to go to etc. Would definitely stay again. Only negative would probably be the location. Whiles it’s very central, it’s kind of located on a scary side road. I walked from the train station to the hotel at around 1am (10 mins walk) and should have probably taken a cab.
