nette kamer om Milaan te verkennen
Prima hotel met uitstekende ligging t.o.v. openbaar vervoer om de stad te bezoeken. Vriendelijk personeel, redelijk goed ontbijtbuffet. Nette schone kamer. De kamer en de douche zijn wel zeer klein.

Milaan in april
Het weekend dat wij in Milaan (april)waren was het 35 graden. In de hotelkamer heerste de zelfde temperatuur. Op de vraag of de airco aan kon kregen we de mededeling dat deze alleen in de zomer aan ging??? Dit was wel heel erg warm. Voor een 4 sterren hotel wel een tegenvaller.

Capitol World Class hotel dicht bij centrum en openbaar vervoer.
Een prima hotel om Milaan te verkennen. Dicht bij het centrum. Goede openbaar vervoer verbindingen met metro en tram. Mooie ruime kamer met jacuzzi. Naast het bed een knoppenpaneel om o.a. de lichten aan/uit te doen en de gordijnen te openen/sluiten.Gratis safe. Uitstekend ontbijt.

The hotel was outdated, and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was not as clean as I imagined, and the AC in our bedroom did not work. We tried to call reception but the phone also didn’t work. There are also no plug points besides the bed which is really annoying as you want to charge your phone next to you but you can’t. We asked for a smoking room and was not given one. We also heard someone trying to open our door at 6AM. We were scared and felt as though we were not safe. We kept on hearing a trolley outside our room at early hours where we knew staff would not be around so early. The breakfast was extremely limited, it had barely anything. Was very disappointed in this. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the Metro.

Dear Mrs. Priya,We thank you for finding the time to post your review.Your opinion is very important and help us to improve our service.We would like anyway to discuss some points concerning what you have written:The air conditioning doesn’t work during these months, especially when it’s the winter season and there are few degrees outside.The reception is 24 hours open and it’s possible to contact us by composing the appropriate number. Smoking in the room is forbidden and this is clearly stated inside a 2003 decree which stops from smoking inside all the public and private work spaces.We will clarify what occurred regarding the episode you have referred stating that somebody tried to get into your room even if only our staff can do this through the master key and no maid has got it except the head chambermaid who never enter without asking permission, especially at such an early hour.Concerning the breakfast we can accept your consideration in spite of being a proper and personal opinion.RegardsMartino Romanelli - Hotel Capitol

Alessandro,La ringraziamo per aver soggiornato qui al Capitol e per aver avuto il tempo di condividere con noi la sua esperienza.Sebbene apprezziamo il giudizio positivo che ha attribuito al nostro personale ci discostiamo però del tutto da quanto detto riguardo alla camera. Le dimensioni sono chiaramente quelle di una singola, che già dal nome presenta una metratura più piccola rispetto alla doppia o alla suite. Le immagini riportate sui siti al contrario di quanto lei asserisce sono le stesse delle camere che effettivamente si trovano dentro la struttura. L'albergo esiste da diversi anni ma sono stati di recente effettuati importanti lavori di ristrutturazione che hanno interessato sia le camere che le parti comuni.Per eventuali problematiche che può aver riscontrato durante la sua permanenza può contattare direttamente l'albergo dal momento che mentre lei era qui presente non ha riportato nulla alla nostra reception di quanto ora leggiamo della sua recensione.SalutiMartino Romanelli

This is a charming property. The room was small but well appointed, clean and comfortable. The centro is a bit of a walk from this property, about 20/30 minutes, but it is a safe, interesting walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way. The area right around the property has many shopping and dining options. I would stay here again. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Personale molto accogliente e gentilissimo. Posizione ottima. hanno soddisfatto la mia richiesta di avere una camera silenziosa. Le pulizie quotidiane sono molto buone .. ma la struttura è un po’ agè quindi incrostazioni nella doccia e importanti residui di polvere e altro nel fan coil non mi permettono di dare un punteggio alto. camera super silenziosa e super insonorizzata. Buona la colazione. NOTA NEGATIVA PER HOTELS.com. Non emettono fattura perché sono una società americana. Peccato scoprirlo dopo aver fatto la prenotazione. E che c’è una procedura che va fatta prima della prenotazione. Ma non viene messa in evidenza all’atto della prenotazione. E peccato che nessun operatore poi sia stato in grado di sistemare la questione. E soprattutto di venirmi incontro nella mia importante richiesta magari annullando la prenotazione e facendomela riprenotare con procedura corretta. Servizio clienti voto 0!

Good location to public transportation yet quiet. Front counter staff were responsive, helpful and eager to assist. Restaurant however has limited service and required advanced reservation for dinner even though it was not full.

Great customer service! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The suite was very large and roomy with a jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable, and the black out drapes were great since we were in a high floor. It’s pretty much quiet, but you can hear sirens if they pass close to the hotel— but definitely did not hear any neighbors. My husband and I specifically came to Milan for the F1 Monza race and it was easy to get taxis to/from the hotel. Lulu, the concierge, was AMAZING! She recommended an amazing restaurant for my birthday and was also super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The subway is a 2 minute walk from the property. You are not a 10 minute walk to any major attraction. Overall, the kitchen staff was great. The lobby staff was okay. I like that the hotel had lobby staff 24 hours a day. The room is tight. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower because you have to climb over a tall bathtub

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en comfort kamer
Posizione perfetta per un turista, 4 stelle si ma forse qualcosa meno. La jacuzzi c‘‚ è ma non funziona e cade leggermente a pezzi . Letto molto comodi e così anche i cuscini. Ottimo personale gentile e cordiale . Caffè sempre offerto al bar dell‘hotel 😉

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
Un séjour formidable
L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres spacieuses et le service impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bien.
