Wonderful 5-star hotel, super service focussed staff, very nice rooms, well equipped, and the restaurant serves an original menu. The fitness room might need a make-over? Lat but not least: the city of Milan should consider to renew all tram carriages (nrs 12 and 14 heading for ‘Duomo’)

Quality hotel. Very good connections to the city center. Room was nice, very good room cleaning and maintainance. Breakfast in the beautiful top floor panoramic room. Breakfast offering itself is somewhat limited.

Op 15 minuten fietsen van duomo. Zeer net hotel met heerlijk zwembad op dak. Beter geen aperol spritz aan zwembod bestellen; kosten 24 euro! Alles zeer netjes, professioneel en behulpzaam personeel. Aanrader.

The best hotel in Milan
We stayed for 4 nights, which gave us plenty of time to discover the hotel and the services . The hotel staff is most helpful and kind, they make you feel at home and welcome, throughout your stay. Our room was spacious, the terrace. Food and drinks were all of high quality, and well presented.

Schitterend hotel wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Lux design, schoon en goede ligging. Alles is met metro en tram te bereiken. Eten en drinken wel heel prijzig. Schitterende spa waar je heerlijk kan ontspannen na een drukke dag.

Luxurious hotel near city center.
With my family, I stayed 1 night in this hotel to do some sightseeing and shopping in the center. The staff was very polite. We arrived early (10 o'clock in the morning). The luggage was stored, the car was parked (vallet) and we went into town by tram 12, which brings you in 10 minutes to the center. In the afternoon, the rooms were ready. As a family of 4 people, we had 2 connected rooms. Spacious, clean and modern styled. One of the rooms had a walk-in shower with a glass wall connected to the bedroom (this can be closed with a shutter) , the other room had a bathing tub. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. We had a cocktail at the side of the swimming pool, which was served with some bites. Staff at the reception as well as at the terrace is very accurate and helpful.

Excellent hotel with all you can ask for in a Luxury Boutique Hotel l. The staff was amazing especially David at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Ana at the Concierge’s desk was very knowledgeable and helpful . My wife and I were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it was one of our best trips ever! Initial photo of the pool is misleading as it can only be used in summer months. Rooftop bar was very nice, but closed for an event for the evening meaning we could not make use of this for our limited stay. Limited facilities in spa area, all thought this was well kept and clean.

Very nice and close to center
We wanted to stay close to the center of Milan and this place caught our eye. Reasonably priced and very nicely finished. Unless you have to be right in the center of the action, this is a great option.

Super stylish and super comfortable, loved almost everything about this hotel except for the slightly too expensive breakfast options - 40 euros pp at booking and 45 on-site is way too much especially given the standard quality and limited selection. The rooftop pool was amazing on a hot day although I wish there were separate times set aside for families as it’s dominated at certain times by children which really ruins the experience and made it uncomfortable. Also appreciated the unattended spa area - sauna, steam room and ice shower which could be used till late. The staff were always polite and helpful at reception although service at the pool could have been slightly more attentive. Loved the Viu, it will be my go-to hotel every time I’m in Milan.
