All in all we liked our stay. The breakfast is great and room is good for a city trip. Personel is friendly. Only minus was that they had problems with the water one morning. The whole hotel was not able to shower. Hotel compensated though by refunding almost half a nignt.

Ik zie dat er 4 sterren zijn toebedeeld
Ik heb het erg naar mijn zin gehad. Dit hotel verdient letterijk op zijn minst 5 sterren. Heel schoon, prachtige decor en heel centraal gelegen in Milaan. Ik vind dat ze dit hotel tekort doen door ze 4 sterren te geven.

Prachtig hotel met een leuke staff. De ligging is goed, alles is op ‘loopafstand’. Wij houden van wandelen dus vinden het niet ergs om 20-30 min te lopen.

De locatie is erg goed, dichtbij het station. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou graag nog een hotel van hetzelfde bedrijf bezoeken.

We stayed for 6 days and had an incredible time. The staff was always friendly and willing to help by any means. Location was perfect for catching public transportation and overall pretty walkable. Facilities on the property itself were lovely as well. We didn’t get to check out the wellness area as we had a full itinerary. However the bar in the lobby area, the Sky Garden rooftop & breakfast buffet were chef’s kiss. If you have the option to have breakfast included it’s worth every bit of it. Also, we visited while it was raining so it was very convenient that umbrellas were always readily available! As for the room it was cleaned daily and the staff always did an amazing job. Beds were super comfy and the automatic blackout curtains were a PLUS! No streaming platforms on the TV (from what I could see) so bring an iPad of some sort for after hour entertainment if needed. On another note the Bidet was quiet awkward to use I’m not sure if the facet was just too low but it wasn’t reaching were it needed to. Could be just a user error lol but we had a great stay nonetheless.

We were very impressed with this hotel. It is really modern. The bar in lobby is huge and you get great service and delicious food. Amit took great care of us at the bar and at the rooftop restaurant. The front desk staff also very courteous and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Milano Centrale train station. Restaurants also walking distance to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is more a financial district location, not very close to the Duomo or Brera or other tourist areas. Good for a business hotel but not for leisure. The hotel is very nice and clean, although the rooms are quite small and the hotel has neon lights outside at night.
