Rustig hotel met goede connectie naar het centrum
Zeer prettig hotel met de benodigde faciliteiten. Het hotel ligt in een hele fijne gezellige buurt met verschillende connecties naar het centrum van milaan. Er is een bus, tram en metro verbinding in de buurt.

Good normal, pretty clean en fresh hotel
Very nice normal hotel with nice rooms. It's about 20/30 min walking to the center of milaan ( duomo di Milano) We did not eat at the hotel so i cant say annything about that Car parking is not an option at the hotel. They call a parkboy en he wil park in a private garage for you 5 minutes away

Een net en rustig gelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was iets te krap voor 2 personen, dus ideaal voor 1 persoon (zakenreis). Het bed was erg hard, hier moest ik toch een aantal nachten aan wennen.

Genoten van 3 dagen Milaan met Mercure Milano Solari als uitvalbasis. Prima ligging t.o.v. openbaar vervoer. Prettige wijk met veel restaurants op loopafstand

Prima, maar voor verbetering vatbaar
Het hotel is nieuw en ziet er super netjes uit. Wij hadden de pech een kamer te treffen waar een lekkage zat in de badkamer. En het water was wel erg heet. Het duurde letterlijk een minuut of 5 voordat je onder de douche kon gaan staan. Overigens wel vreemd: we boeken twee kamers en krijgen er 1 op de 1e en 1 op de 7e verdieping.

Stanze non molto grandi ma confortevoli e pulite. Letto comodo. Bagno sufficientemente grande con doccia molto ampia. Sala colazione molto curata e ben fornita di tutte le varie modalità di colazione e con tavoli ben dimensionati. Questo hotel sarà la mia scelta per un prossimo viaggio a Milano

I liked everything about my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I especially enjoyed their wonderful buffet breakfast!

Overall our stay was good. The only issues in the room (we did not bring this up as personally we were not bothered, but others may be) were mainly that the maintenance seemed to be lacking, cleanliness was not an issue though. In our bathroom, we had a door with a broken lock so we had to leave it unlocked at all times, the shower door was damaged and didn’t fully shut meaning the floor was always considerably wet after shower usage, a floor tile was damaged in the middle of the shower causing the floor to be slightly unstable and the soap dispenser had been broken off the wall and then rested up against the hand rail instead of being attached back to the wall. We also had no working light on one side of the bed. On a more positive note, the hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the centre for most people, the bed was very comfortable and we had a nice balcony with an unexpected nice view over the courtyard. We only stayed for 2 nights so the issues mentioned above were not affecting us too much and didn’t impact the stay to the extent that we felt like we needed to change rooms, it would’ve just been nice for the hotel to be on top of the general maintenance a bit more, seeing as 5 different things were unsatisfactory in a small room. The cost of the stay was quite high when you factor in that we had a few damaged things in the room.

TERRIBLE HOTEL
TERRIBLE HOTEL! They gave us a smaller room than we booked and payed for. And they didn’t change the room for us. The room we stayed in, was terrible. The staff had no understanding for our situation. And the pictures of the hotel/room are much better than reality. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Close to S Agostini Metro station in quiet residential area, with nearby shops and restaurants Very friendly staff, good breakfast and happy to cater for those with allergens Room was a good size with King Size bed and storage for clothes plus a safe Bathroom with bidet and walk in shower Air conditioning not great but kept room just cool enough at night ( we did request for it to be looked at)

Comfortable and clean hotel with reasonable access to the main sights of Milan via the metrol & tram systems. Reception team were very friendly and helpful. Only negatives are fairly trivial, the location of the hotel was in a slightly run down area (though we found out that a lot of investment was being made to improve this) and the hotel bar was a disappointment - it was laid out like a factory canteen when comfortable chairs and a more relaxing environment would have been preferable after a long day of sightseeing.

I was unsure of where to book for our first trip to Milan and this location was the best. It was far enough out of the city centre to be quiet but only a 10 or 15 minute walk to be right in the thick of it. But you are really starting to see beautiful things just. few minutes in. The tram and subway are literally 2 min walk away and everything was neat and tidy. Staff are lovely and unless you are looking for ultra modern aesthetics, you can't really knock this. Was affordable for high peak period in comparison to many others around.

From the people at the front desk to the area where the hotel is, I loved them all This is more like a suggestion, nothing bad about it. My room had "smart" energy-saving lights, but I never understood why they'd go off while I was in the room. Maybe a written explanation of how they work written somewhere would help

Poor condition
Poor hygiene condition in the hotel room. Got bitten by insect and got rash and allergy once enter the room immediately. There is no obvious insect seen, probably was something invisible by bare eyes like mites or ticks. Dust on bedsheet. Request to have a room change immediately but the manager replied there was no room available. I totally can’t sleep in that room and have to sleep in another room with other friends. The room was left empty for the whole night due to poor hygiene conditions. No such condition in other rooms. Bad experience for a 4-stars hotel that is totally not up to standard and cannot provide prompt solution for customers. Some staffs were kind though.

Let me remind you that you arrived in the afternoon around 5.00 p.m. and after e few hours in the evening you came to the Reception reporting a mosquito in your room. The Front Office Manager has informed you that we was fully booked and we could not change the room but he instantly offered you a mosquito's repellent that we have put immediately in your room as we know that Milan like almost of Italian City during summer is filled of mosquitoes. The second day, in the morning, we have changed the room immediately. We are sorry to discover only now that the first night you slept in another room.We deeply regret to read that you have experienced problems with the hygiene conditions because our Housekeeping Manager checks every day every single room immediately after the Chambermaids cleans the rooms and of course before Customers arrives. We really regret to read only after you departure about the dust but please note we had no similar feedback from Customer that slept in your room before you and not even from the Customer after you. Buy the way, it is a shame you did not inform us about it at your arrival or in the evening as we could send a member of our Staff to better clean the dusty point as you saied: “no other rooms were in same condition”.Anyway, we look forward to welcome you soon again to try to leave you a better impression.Best regards,TatianaFront Office Shift Leader
