Zeer groot hotel met veel kamers. Hierdoor kan het soms druk zijn in de lobby of ontbijtruimte. Uitgebreid ontbijt met veel keuze. Klassiek ingerichte, nette kamers. Geen extern geluid op de kamer. Harde matras en hoofdkussens. Tv moet blijven aan staan om wifi verbinding te kunnen maken. Ik miste koffiemaker op de kamer. Dicht bij centraal station. Metro iets verder wandelen.

Parkeren in hotelgarage is erg duur
We moesten €36 per nacht afrekenen en dat bedrag had ik bij het boeken of op de website nergens gevonden. Ook de prijs voor het ontbijt €15 p.p.p.d vond ik nergens terug. Ook niet goedkoop maar wel supergoed

Goed hotel maar verouderd Het brobbelbad werkt niet ,het toilet blijft doorlopen En als je smorgens vroeg ( 5u) moet vertrekken moet je extra bijbetalen voor ontbijtpakket wat mormaal al inbegrepen is !!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our Hotel has in effect a "classic style" (not a modern or a design one), with lots of fitted carpets and upholstery. Meantime, we offer different huge room categories. All of them are soundproof and equipped with air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and domitic system. 中央駅すぐ横、空港バス停前の好立地 真向いのレストランもおいしい 冷蔵庫もついていてお土産の食品も 出発までキープできます 地下鉄駅も目の前ですが 最近夜遅くの地下通路は危ないので 遅くなったらタクシーで帰るのをお勧めします

古いホテルでしたが掃除も行き届いており清潔感はありました。ミラノ中央駅から4~5分の立地で、広いロビーがあることからロビーでの商談や待合わせに最適でした。 朝食もブッフェスタイルで食材も豊富でした。日本の醤油も置いてあり思わずゆで卵にマヨネーズと醤油を付けて食べました。

ホテルの立地、サービスはいつ行っても 非常に素晴らしい。 しかし今回は驚く経験をしました。 ホテルで空港迄タクシーを呼んで貰うと、無免許白タク。運転手は途中でガソリンいれるし、150キロ位で飛ばし、しかも携帯でずっと話、最後はメールまでしだす始末。命の危険を感じました。最低!!!

The property is quite old and in need of renovation. However it is clean and very close to the train terminal. Very convenient to travel anywhere in Milan. Pricing is also reasonable in view of the condition.

Staff was very cold and quite unprofessional. They do not appear to be well trained or aware of what is going on at the property. They do the bare minimum of what is needed and seem disinterested in being welcoming or helpful. We had a long stay of 12 nights and the restaurant was closed for dinner on 9 of them and for lunch on all of them. Room service was closed throughout our whole stay with no warning. Breakfast is good if you stay for 2-3 days, but it literally does not change, so after 5 days of the same thing we opted for alternate options for breakfast. Internet only works when tv is on and is of poor quality for anything beyond basic email. Property is extremely dated and in major need of a remodel. There were no power outlets by the bed, which is annoying. The property is not in city center but very nicely located if you travel by train - literally across the street from Milano Centrale station. 2 metro lines are also accessible from the station. Overall, it was a dissatisfying experience, will not stay again.

As is customary, our company try to treat our guests the best they can. We realize also that being rated between the first hotels in Milan expectations may run too high and it becomes always difficult to satisfy our beloved guests. About your second notice, our hotel has in effect a "classic style" (not a modern or a design one) with lots of fitted carpets. The policy of our Property is based on ever-changing and guest’s feedbacks is how we can learn and hopefully improve upon the quality our services.
