Voor mijn doel prima lokatie en tevens op loopafstand van het centrum danwel gelegen in het centrum. Geven aan handdoeken niet iedere dag te verschonen, maar doen dit wel. Prima ontbijtbuffet.

Betere klasse hotel in centrum
Hotel is een beetje klassiek met wat klassiekere bediening. Ligging is perfect vlakbij de Duomo en midden in luxe shopping gebied van Milaan. Kamers zijn klein evenals de badkamer. Wat ouder hotel maar wel comfortabel. Prima ontbijt. Zwembad lijkt heel wat. Is klein en maar 80 cm diep. Wel lekker dat het er was. Gym is wat verouderd. Sauna op zich prima. Stoomdouche was loeiheet. Koffie zoals gebruikelijk perfect.

Top hotel, centraler kan haast niet
Het hotel ligt op minuten lopen van de Dom, designer winkels en restaurants. De kamers zijn een beetje krap bemeten, maar verder is er niets op aan te merken. De straat is rustig en vanaf de bovenste verdieping heb je een mooi uitzicht over de stad.

Good hotel on a perfect location.
28 July 2012, We stayed at the the hotel for 4 nights. The first 2,5 days the "pool" was out of order. The pool however is a very very small and there is only room for about 6 chairs. The Sauna was out of order during our entire stay. The safe in our room was broken also. The location is perfect; very close to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff behind the reception are very arrogant and not friendly and helpful at all. Other members of the staff (breakfast room and at the entrance ) do try to be helpful. Breakfast is good!. There was some disturbing noise because of renovations on the 4th floor.

Hotel De la Ville - A Sina Hotel
Prima hotel om de hoek bij de cathedraal ( duomo) van Milaan. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Goed ontbijt met lekkere cappuccino. Heel vriendelijk personeel dat met alles helpt. Eigen taxi service naar het vliegveld. Het enige min puntje waren de twee drankjes ( Bayleys) waar ze 24 Euro voor rekenden.

For the money the rooms were small. Biggest complaint was the room was hot and no AC offered in the winter so you had to have the window open all night with all the noise of the city coming in. Small rooms & Hot not worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s very close to the Duomo and made our trip a lot easier. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is in a decent size. The bed was big.

Convenient and comfortable, outstanding service
Amazing service from the minute our taxi arrived at the door, through until the concierge put our cases in the taxi when we left. The rooms are an older style but well maintained and comfortable. And windows we could open which is always a bonus for us, even in winter we like to get fresh air into the room. Also, so convenient to the Duomo and easy access to a range of dining options. Highly recommended.

Væggelus på værelse 231, 232 og 234 ! Fin service med kufferter ved ankomst og indtjekning. Vi havde lejet 3 værelser og fik på 2. sal. En del larm igennem vinduer og skulle absolut ikke åbne dem om natten pga støj fra biler der dytter, læsser af osv. Fin morgenmad. Første dag glemte de at rengøre det ene værelse, hvilket de rettede op på da vi havde fat i receptionen. Tredje dag fangede vi en væggelus i det ene værelse… Efter at ha løftet sengene på alle 3 værelser, så vi at der stod “giftfælder” på 2 af værelserne. Da vi kontaktede receptionen var der ingen tvivl om at de godt vidste der var et problem (som de muligvis troede de havde styr på ??). Vi fik nye værelser, men ‘oplevelsen” var ligesom ødelagt, og 2 ud af 6 var blevet bidt flere steder…

Dear Mr Jan, we have taken precautionary measures since july 2023 when it became clear that Paris was suffering a bed bug infestation. The traps are in the rooms to allow close monitoring in case there are bugs present. So far we have lucky and none were found in your rooms either. As a precautionary measure we had your rooms heat-treated in any case. Because of Paris we remain on high alert. Please do note that mosquitos are present in Milan all year round and they do at times reach the rooms too via the luggage or the client's clothing. Kind regards, Reception

The hotel was very well situated , right next to Duomo , the Galleries and all the shops. The room was fine bathroom ok . I liked breakfast options. People working there treated us very good except one person at the reception who charged me double for taxi service. I do not recommend for guests to ask taxi from reception.

We had a fantastic stay. I had a conference that was easily accessible by the M1 subway line. We were next door to the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel, which is prime shopping real estate. Plenty of casual and more upscale restaurants. The AC worked too! Lovely breakfast. Very attentive staff.
