Hotel is at a nice location. Room is clean and well equipped. Had a problem with the ventilation that was way too loud even on the lowest setting. Staff didn't act very swiftly and didn't feel taken seriously. After 3rd complaint we were promised another room the next day. It was a nicer room so they tried to make up for the problem which was good. Overall due to the ventilation sound (in both rooms although the 2nd one lower) and all the lights from equipment in the room we wouldn't choose this hotel again. If you are sensitive sleeper due to light or sound don't stay at this hotel. Didn't try the breakfast.

No coffer maker ,no glass …. But overall is pretty good. I even got an early check in. Location is fantastic.

Really nice interior and room conditions and close to metro station and the train station. The only downside is that the safe was too small than those you can find at other hotels and the lamp in the bathroom kept turning off while I was in the shower.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel near station
Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean and contemporary. Good location very close to the station. I asked for a quiet room as I was concerned it was in a busy area and the hotel fulfilled this for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful and suggested some places to go. Only very minor niggles were the shower floods the bathroom and the bathroom/wardrobe area lights are on sensors, which in my room seemed to have a mind of their own by switching on and off by themselves. Also a complementary bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Overall, it's a great hotel and would recommend.

Great location, super close to the Centrale train station in Milan. However, the front desk area and guest rooms seem "cold" and blah, not vibrant, lively, or welcoming at all. I did not appreciate the lights going off in the bathroom several times while I was in there, especially while I was in the shower. Not very "smart" at all.

호텔이 깔끔하고 직원들이 모두 친절하였습니다. 기차역과 전철역에서 매우 가까워 공항이나 도심이동이 매우 편안했습니다. 호텔은 온라인에 소개된 것처럼 넉넉한 방이 제공되었으며 추후 밀라노에 방문 시 재방문 의향이 있습니다. 샤워시 샤워기의 물이 샤워커튼에 닿게되면 나풀거리면서 배수 라인을 넘나들게 되어 바닥이 물에 흥건이 젖는 시설은 개선이 되었으면 합니다.
