Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij ontvangst, we kregen een rustige kamer aan de zijkant. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Koffie wordt aan tafel gebracht, lekkere verse bonenkoffie. Personeel van het ontbijt was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is schoon en ruim voor 2 personen.

Mooi ingericht, perfect bed, goede ligging t.o.v. de drukte rondom het station. Parkeren via vallet service ging ook goed, maar een garage was handiger geweest

Geweldig hotel

Voordelen: Goede bedden en kussens. Vriendelijk personeel.
Nadelen: Metrolijn loopt onder het hotel wat je soms wel kan voelen. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Ontbijt kan iets uitgebreider.
Net hotel met perfecte locatie tegenover Milano Centrale FS. Kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade.

Nice hotel close to cemtral station.

Voordelen: Clean and very nice loby.
Locatie: Nearby to the train, busses and metro.
Went there for the second time. Hotel is very good and the staff is very helpful! It is close to the city center and easy to get to the trains, busses and metro.

Air conditioner was on, not controlled by the season. Bathroom was great, the table and long table was great. Room was spacious but no electrical outlets by the nightstands or nearby. Overall the hotel was excellent choice.

Todo bien, excelente ubicación, trato realmente bueno, el único detalle es que no tenía A/C, y estaba muy caliente la habitación, pero abrimos ve tana y refrescó bien; el desayuno. Muy bueno también
