Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We loved the in room Jacuzzi.

I am trying to get a refund from my "stay" here because the water heater was out so we werr supposed to get a refund. I cant find any way to get

Nice hotel, i would stay there again. The pool area was well taken care of. The one change i would make is bigger pool towels. The ones provided were the same size as the hand towels just with a blue stripe down the middle to distinguish from the hand towels. Breakfast was served from 6a.m. to 10 a.m. with lots of choices. I really liked the juice machine. Hot scrambled eggs and brown n serve sausage. There was a pancake machine i didnt try it but it looked easy enough for a child to operate. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my fire tv but believe i could have used it with their flat screen. They had plenty of channels to choose from.

Was exactly what we needed. Close to where we needed to go and lots of dining options. Plus very close to downtown Stillwater.
