The manager was nice BUT housekeeping doesnt do their job i checked out after 10 minutes of being in the room!!! There was feces on the floor and walls… and c..um my daughter thought it was lotion it even was on the floors and the remote for the tv. Stains on the blankets and cigarette burns… unbelievable smell upon entering the room i had to throw away my socks because i stepped in said feces on the floor will not return ever.

Aside from a very friendly staff, the visit was less than pleasant. Upon arriving, our room showed dark hairs across the bathrrom counter, the entryway carpet was ragged and showed areas of bare floor underneath, the hair dryer was missing and the hot water would merge over to ice cold water @wvery 2 minutes.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was nice, but our hotel room was sub-par. The comforter had stains and the sheets had a strange odor. The headboard had cuts (like claw marks). It was fine for our one night stay, but do not recommend for any longer.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone with a pet. The only issue I had was when I checked in and got to my room the sheets were dirty and I had to go downstairs to get clean ones but other than that it was a good stay.

This hotel needs updates. Paint in room was peeling on ceiling. It was ok for 1 night but I would not return. The parking lot was small and on a busy street.

When we checked in our room it wasn't very clean paint hanging down from ceiling old food in the refrigerator from prior guest it just made us feel like it wasn't very clean you could hear the doors slamming kids running down the hall no communication from front desk not a lot of options for breakfast juice was sour it was really a unpleasant experience we left early and when trying to speak to a manager it was difficult.i personally dont recommend.

We stayed inbroom 409. Entering the roomnwe immediately noticed the floor was sticky as if someone spilt something in the dloor. I spoke with front desk clerk in reference to this, she attempted to help with the problem but wqs unable to access the cleaning supplies. I ask for another room but due to limited space was not able to assign another room. I mopped the floor with a hot hand towel to get the sticky off the floor. When finished the towel was absolutely disgustingly flithy. White towel was completely black with filth. I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before…great experience. This time only 3 months later I don’t know what happened. About to shower and there were roaches crawling around..switched rooms, this room needed some cleaning attention. There were sunflower seeds all over the floor with stained sheets, the a/c unit was detached from the window so the cold air was blowing into the room, the ceiling had paint chips falling from it…glad it was only for 1 night. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The staff was nice, but seemed disinterested. There were bags of trash sitting on the floor behind the counter, the place was in a disarray and was not well-maintained. The rooms were run down and it was very noisy in the hallways. The lounge chairs by the pool were torn.
