- less staff at the front desk, long waiting time.
- asked for a non-allergic pillow. Nothing available, I had to care about myself (I'd expect the hotel/service would care about considering the level of hotel category and price).
- condition of shower not good: Ceiling needs renovation, the whole shower system has to be replaced: Rain shower not working good, faucet picked up.
- staff in the breakfast room not very friendly (except the front agent), no "good morning" and/or "good-bye" from the staff.
- Quality and choice of breakfast was very good.
