Housekeeping were great and friendly, rooms are well maintained. Sadly that did not apply to front desk staff. Especially, the lady working Saturday night was very rude (even for NY standards) - I would encourage management to provide her some training in hospitality. Would not chose this hotel again. Elevator speed and waiting times another area to improve.
Location is good.

In town for the weekend and found this hotel centrally located and walkable to Rockefeller Center 5th Ave., Times Square. It’s a great location.

Totally unsafe! Everone can reach each floor without any confirmation from elevator. Also I put come back later sign but my neighbour steal it for 2 times! I told reseption, and manager they didn’t take any action. This is a huge security problem for our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. For the location, the price is so incredibly reasonable. It’s clean and the staff super welcoming from the moment we arrived. Next time we are in NYC, we’ll book here again

The location was perfect for going shopping, Central Park, museums, and public transportation. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated, and very accessible.
