The location was great. But I didn't expect less if you are staying in the middle of Times square and Broadway. The hotel room was quite small but was very clean. Every evening when I returned to the hotel, the room was cleaned. What I didn't like was the filthy airconditioning. I couldn't use it because it was so filthy I was coughing all the time. De room isolation was also very dissapointing. A lot of cold wind was passing through the windows.

If you like to be close to Times Square & Broadway, it's a good central location to discover Manhattan.
The state of the rooms are poor and require an update.

Locatie is echt perfect en de bedden zijn goed. Personeel matig maar daar heb je verder niet veel mee van doen. Voor een paar dagen is dit hotel door de locatie zeker aan te bevelen.

It was a nice stay, friendly housekeeping. But we asked many times for a hairdryer but didn’t get i.

De kamers zijn ouder, het bed is aan vervanging toe, het raam bleef niet open staan en de badkamer is oud en daardoor ‘viezig’. Personeel was aardig en de kamer werd elke dag opgemaakt. De locatie is top, al kan je er voorlopig niet uitslapen ivm nieuw bouw aan de overkant van de straat
