Prachtig Crescent Beach House!

Prachtig gerenoveerd strandhuis op loopafstand van 2 prachtige stranden en de stad. Het huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers met 2 badkamers en 2 leefruimte, volledig ingerichte keuken, ontspannend dek met grill en buitendouche. Perfect opgezet voor gezin met 3-4 kinderen of 2 kleine gezinnen, meisjesweekends en meer. Boven heeft 2 slaapkamers met een ligbad en leefruimte, beneden heeft ook 2 slaapkamers met ligbad en leefruimte. Veel ruimte om te ontspannen en op korte afstand van alles wat Niantic te bieden heeft: prachtige stranden, schattige winkeltjes, restaurants, boerderijen en een promenade langs de waterkant, allemaal te voet of met de fiets. Huis is uitgerust met strandstoelen en kar om te genieten van het zorgvuldig onderhouden Crescent strand, het is slechts een korte loopafstand. Zoveel dingen om te doen, stranden, kajakken, antiquing, veerboten en vissen zijn allemaal in de omgeving. Casino's en dagtrips naar RI-stranden liggen op slechts 30 minuten afstand .... maar als je eenmaal naar Niantic bent gekomen, wil je misschien niet meer weg! Het huis is ontworpen om aanvoelen als een toevluchtsoord van het dagelijks leven - zeer kustrijk - mooi en van alle gemakken die nodig zijn voor pure ontspanning zonder zorgen! Loop naar de stad voor winkels - schilderachtige stad bioscoop - veel restaurants - met oude tijd ijs en hamburger staat langs de weg! Crescent beach staat bekend om zijn zorgvuldig onderhouden strand - goed verlichte klif wandeling en het strand buiten dineren.

I couldn't have asked for a more responsive host than Liz, who is a marvelous and friendly communicator. The beach, as promised, is a only a brief walk away, and the house is not only beautiful but extremely comfortable, and filled with lots of "extras" to make the stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great time. The house was adorable and well kept. It's in a great location--close to the town of Niantic and local beaches and only a 20 minute drive to Mystic. We really appreciated the fact that we could text any questions we had directly to the owner and she responded quickly. We did think it would be helpful to have a printout of the house information that was sent earlier via email, as an easy reference and also so we wouldn't have to bother the owner with texts. But, again, the fact that the owner was easily reached was above and beyond what we expected. Side note: we brought a dog with us for the weekend, and took her on our excursions, when we could, but be aware that the beaches are only dog friendly from September to May (we were there the very last day of dogs being allowed).

Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time here. The house offered us enough space to spread out for the adults to work and the kids to do schoolwork. Liz was an amazing host! Always available to answer questions. She couldn't be more accomodating. We had two small dogs with us who loved exploring the neighborhood with us. The restaurants we ordered from in the area were terrific and we did plenty of cooking in Liz's wonderful kitchen. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to countertop space. We hope to stay again when it is warmer and we can enjoy time on the beach!

Liz's house was perfect for 6 of us to meet for a girls weekend. There was ample space for us all to spread out and we enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. Great dining and shopping opportunities! Liz was extremely communicative prior to our arrival, providing us with lots of helpful recommendations. We stayed in the fall season but I can imagine that summer would be wonderful due to its' close proximity to the beaches. We all agree that we would love to book again in the future!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with friends. The house was in close proximity to the beach which we enjoyed walking to during our stay. There was also an excellent breakfast place about a mile away that was in walking distance. Liz was very attentive and checked in on us via text numerous times during our stay to see if we needed anything. She also provided us with a long list of nearby attractions and restaurants prior to our arrival which helped us plan our weekend. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much we are looking to come back in a few weeks and then again for a longer trip next summer. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Liz! You won't be disappointed if you book this home!
