One of my rooms had dirty sheets and instead of fixing it, they handed me sheets. Also the next morning proceeded to tell me that because I booked thru Expedia then they don’t care about what happened and can do nothing about curing their mistake. I made this reservation a month ago, I’m confused at to why they couldn’t provide fresh sheets upon arrival when I did not even check until 10:30, which I called three days prior and informed them of my late arrival. They also have construction going on everywhere in the building and no warnings of that on their website. Other than that the pool was clean but their vending machines are empty which isn’t good considering there is nothing open in this town past 9pm.
