Check in/out was easy, bed was very comfortable BUT room was cold (60 degrees) without a way to heat properly until we were given a portable heater. Had to ask for batteries for the remote and the phone was broken. When given the feedback at check out, no apology given, not written down or acknowledgment provided. Would not recommend to stay here!

The entire hotel has heating on, all the time. There is no temperature control in the rooms. The best you can do is shut the vent and open your window, but there are no screens on the windows and insects can fly in easily. It was boiling hot in the middle of March, and there are cracks and stains all over the walls and ceiling of the room. I will never book another room at this Red Lion, or any other.

The location of this property is really good. Close to everything downtown and concerts and shows. Unfortunately, theres nothing else to recommend it. Our room was noisy. Toilet running off and on. Mini fridge running. Dont think about turning on any heat or air because the noise from the unit was like shaking a bag of metal pieces. The smell of the room was somewhere between old carpet and old cigarettes. Every piece of furnature was scraped and scratched and beat up. One of the attempts at wall art was water stained. The sheets were stained with mascara and we found hair in the bed. When we asked for an additional pillow they didn't have any. For a king bed we had 3. Overall the bed was comfortable. But we heard every noise, doors slamming and voices. Luckily we had earplugs. This is not a 4 star hotel. I want to make clear that the staff was very helpful despite the condition of the room. A hotel on the decline sadly, and a steep one.

Close to restaurant's and lots of shops. Continental breakfast was good.
