The hotel service was terrible. Checked me into a room that was occupied, then checked me into a room I hadn't booked, then keys didn't work, then they changed all the locks, construction going all day, no hot water, disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. The place ruined my visit. How can they renovate a hotel whilst guests are there. Simply disgraceful and greedy.
