Je hebt een fantastische toegang tot Disney World en andere themaparken en attracties van Orlando als je ontsnapt in dit enorme huis voor 35 gasten in het Solterra Resort. Neem een duik in uw privé-buitenzwembad en overloopspa, geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op het aangrenzende meer en dineer in de schaduw van de Lanai aan een buitentafel voor 20 personen. Je wordt ook getrakteerd op je eigen theaterzaal, een goed uitgeruste speelruimte (met zwembad, air hockey en tafelvoetbal) en de prachtige voorzieningen van het Solterra Resort Clubhouse.

Het clubhuis - een ruimte van 5600 vierkante meter met een prachtig zwembad bij het strand, een waterglijbaan, een luie rivier, cabanas bij het zwembad, tennisbanen, een fitnesscentrum, een speeltuin en de Cafe Sol Bar & Grill - is drie- kwart mijl noord. Disney World ligt op 12 mijl ten noordoosten, SeaWorld Orlando ligt op 17 mijl ten noordoosten, en Universal Studios 'Islands of Adventure en de Wizarding World van Harry Potter liggen op 22 mijl ten noordoosten. Guest Entry Instructions: Deze verhuur maakt gebruik van een E-lock, een digitaal slot dat een unieke code vereist om in te voeren. Deze code wordt opnieuw ingesteld na het verblijf van elke gast.

Een kennisgeving van 24 uur is vereist om het zwembad te verwarmen. Een extra zwembadverwarmingstoeslag van $ 40 per dag moet worden betaald voor het inchecken.

Property met our space needs for our family size but was limited to two bathrooms for hot water for showering. Maintenance inform us that the hot water heater for the property was broken… never received follow-up regarding the malfunction or the repair. Only the two bathroom at the front of the house on the first floor had hot water the whole weekend.

The first night was really warm, the put Freon in the AC. We stayed 4 nights and had hot water in ONLY 5 of the bathrooms! We had 32 people staying in this house and booked it because of the number of bathrooms! Having to share bathrooms was very frustrating! I contacted every number I had available. There was a number to contact the manager, but I never received a reply. They said one of the hot water heaters was out. It was not fixed during our stay! They gave me a 200 refund which I don’t think was fair! We didn’t even have hot water to wash the dishes! The only thing good about this place for us was the space! It needs a major cleaning and updates.

The house is spacious and accommodated my large group of 22 comfortably. The house was not well maintained. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty. It was all reported while we were still there and Vacasa staff seemed to be unaware of the situation. Several people went there to evaluate the damage. We didn't request anything to be changed while we were there, but I was under the impression they were going to take care of the problems.

There was ROACHES!!!! We did not have towel or wash cloths for all the guest. One bathroom toilet wasn't working and shower drain was plugged up. We had only one trash bag for a 3 night stay for over 30 people. One dish wash the bottom drawn was broken. Blind missing many slats. No way to regulate her down stairs. No extra blankets. Bathroom doors didn't lock between adjoining room. Lamps in multiple rooms did not work even after we exchanged bulbs.Pest control never came. All knife were dull could barley cut fruit. No dust band or mop. One roll paper towels. It was the worst experience I have ever had and caused alot of stress!

Our 4th annual outing was spectacular! We chose a house this time so everyone could have their own room and bathroom. House was big enough for sure. Sad thing was that the house had many issues. First thing we noticed was live roaches downstairs. Many damaged walls, furniture, kitchen counters. Bathrooms were not very clean. We were there mainly to golf and so spent a few hours hanging out in the house enjoying the damaged sports room and theater room upstairs that smelled like wet dog. Needless to say, we simply needed a place to sleep for a couple nights and so we made do. We will stay in the area again but for certain a different house.

Besides it being large. Nothing is good about this house. Molded shower curtains, dirty carpets, carpets where needles will poke you. Dishwashers does not work. Not enough utensils to even make dinner for 4 let alone 22 people that will stay there. No one comes to clean pool daily…pool was nasty. Beds are squeaky. Top it off many people got sick staying here. Would never recommend this house to anyone.

This place was great for the amount of people we had with us . But a lot of broken things in the house . The stove handle broke as we opened it we had to buy a tool to fix it . Windows looked as if someone broke into it before or tried . Handles were broken in the bathroom doors they just came off as soon as you opened the door . A lot of lights didn’t work and remote controls so we had to go buy some batteries to replace all of the controllers and some were broken . Dishwasher was broken leaking everywhere . Nail went in my foot that was coming out of the ground from the room to the bathroom upstairs so be careful !!! Screen patios were broken , grill was nasty couldn’t even use if I wanted to . And they told me the water park was included noooo it’s not you have to pay 45.00 for a party of 12 or less . We payed 90.00 for a cabana to only enjoy that for 30 minutes until lightning came and we got kicked out . This place definitely was not worth what it cost .

The house was the perfect size to fit 30 adults, our 25 lacrosse players and 5 coaches! The pool and hot tub were lovely! The house was clean and tidy! We loved the location and the neighborhood! The dishwashers were not very strong and barely cleaned the dishes. Some of the furniture seemed worn, outdated, peeling, etc. The carpets upstairs had some stains and need a deep clean. All and all it was a lovely stay!

This property was absolutely filthy, the carpets were so bad, do not ever bring small children here. The walls were stained and had all sorts of nastiness on them up the halls and in the bedrooms. No one was able to keep their belongings on the floor due to the gross carpets and some of the dressers were not usable due to bugs. The large couch downstairs was disgusting, and the chair were very dirty in the kitchen. It's disappointing the false advertisement of this property as the pictures make it look beautiful and clean, it was so dirty. We called several times to ensure that the property had been taken care of due to past reviews, and we were assured it had. This cannot have been the case with the state of unit when we arrived.

My vehicle got towed from a space that had 2 white lines and a peeling dirty dull looking yellow piece on the ground concrete which can’t be seen on the right side that’s not visible especially at night these spaces are very deceiving and allowing the tow company that’s contracted with the community to continue making money no signs that states NO PARKING but again 2 white lines as it’s a parking spaces

The house looked good, but there were so many problems. The carpet was dirty, the walls were nasty. The freezer door would not open all the. There was a bed in one of the bed rooms that was broken, called but maintenance never came to fix it. The speakers in the movie room did not work. There was s screen over pool that was ripped and hanging down. I reported all problems. The only problem that was addressed was the freezer. I reported that Thursday upon arrival, they sent someone to fix it Friday night at 830. It is highly unlikely that we will stay at soltera ever again.

When we arrived we noticed it was humid inside. We decided to check the ac. It was currently at 73 degrees. So I dropped the temperature so it would get cooler for us. After an hour or so the house was still humid. I contacted the manager and advised them of the ac and the refrigerator not getting cold. I was advised that someone would be out within the next hour or so unforunately they came the very next morning. The mechanic advised me that the unit can’t be fixed while we’re occupying the unit. This info was delivered to the manager and they stated they were contacting the owner to see if they would put us in another unit(we had 3 more night remaining) or give us some sort of a discount. We had to purchase fans from Walmart (3 for the living room area and 1 per room(14). Needless to say no one gave us an update and we remained in the unit the entire stay. No discount given. We also found live baby roaches in the rooms. The door handles kept falling off. This house was a complete mess and I would advised you to not rent this unit. The owner doesn’t care. Btw I still haven’t heard anything about a refund

Renting this property was a great decision, we really enjoyed the property. Pots and utensils were adequate, the walls could use painting and the sliding door screen needs to be repaired, it didn't stop our fun but for overall look of the place it would have addes a more complete look. Kitchen was the best feature in this property along with the 2 massive suite bedrooms. My small concerns of not having lighting in the foyer and front porch were not small concerns just want management to know their words can be offensive especially since I should have not had any concerns.

The 1st night, bed bugs were spotted in a bedroom downstairs. Photos of the bed bugs were sent to Vacasa. They provided us with one option: The site was to be inspected by an exterminator the following day. If bed bugs were confirmed, a full refund would be provided and we would have to vacate the property immediately. No other options for housing were provided due to fear of transferring bed bugs to another property. My family traveled from afar for vacation to gather in the home. We could not find any other vacation homes or hotels available in the area that could accommodate a group of 36 for a similar cost. Might I add, we purchased $1500 worth of food & supplies to last the duration of our stay in the Vacasa home. What could we do? They only other option was to suffer with bed bugs for the duration of our stay which is what we did. Vacasa did not care about my family being left with no place to stay. Nor did they care that we could be transferring bed bugs from their property to our homes. They did not offer a refund of any amount for the horrific experience of being bitten by bed bugs the entire stay. Awful customer service!

Worst experience ever. Do not book this house. Communication with the ownership is horrible. They gave us wrong wifi information and took them almost 2 days to to get us the correct info. We requested a grill but never received one even though we called twice. One closet door fell and almost hit my child, management said they will put a ticket in and have someone call us and come look at the closet door, and also verify that all the other doors are safe but that never happened. Some of the lights don't work. Horrible horrible experience. I will never book again.

This property is huge and handled 25 people no problem. The home has a little wear and tear but is expected as a vacation rental. The down stairs AC was not working for us, however the property management company gave us a credit for this. Overall this property met our needs and made for a great vacation.

Kitchen and 1 bathroom sink stoped up. Bed sheets wasn’t clean . Only had four washcloths had to purchase my own. Carpet on stairway and game room need to be clean.

Overall the house was great. You have to expect the little broken things, dirty walls, etc because they are flipping this house weekly and it holds a ton of people. The house was huge and gave us all our own space. Little things that were a disappointment were that the spa bubbles didn't work, the theater room projector didn't work, nothing to use with the ping pong table (we did purchase new stuff and left for the next family) just little things but overall i stand by that it was a good stay. IF you are expecting immaculate accommodations look somewhere else lol the stairs are disgusting and the walls on the stairway are pretty bad too but again - how many kids are in there weekly??? I would also suggest better kitchen pans, pots. Not enough or very good quality for the amount of people staying. Close enough to get to Kissimmee and Orlando for anything you want to do with your family.

We stayed at this property and had a great time! The check in code was incorrect when we got there but once we were inside we had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great for the kids. I do think the property should have a better, bigger, or 2 stoves for cooking. The living room furniture could be improved as well. Overall we had a great stay.
