First room had the AC unit taken apart and left everywhere. They moved us to another room that had an AC unit that sounded like an airplane and no water pressure in the shower. They fixed these two items so the second night was better. The floor in the bathroom didnt feel like it had been mopped in forever. My daughter left her blanket on the edge of the bed. We called several hours after checkout and they said the item was no where to be found. My daughter only sleeps with the blanket and it had already been thrown away. Just a little humanity goes a long way. Call the guest and tell them they left something and possibly something sentimental. They knew how to get in contact with me about their checkout policy and welcome me to the hotel so I know they have my number. We are lacking humanity.

I would have given this property a 5 star, except for the mini mart and outside bar which there was always one or two people working so it always took so long to get anything. The staff was fantastic though! The suite was spacious clean and beautiful. Checking in was easy and location was convenient. The Mini Mart needs to offer more - better quality coffee. Better quality wine and other products. The bar should offer Spirits and overall higher quality. Must have more than one person working in the evening. I would stay here again!

Everyone in family absolutely loved this resort! And ages were ranging from 3 year old, 12 , 26 and 47. There was a little bit of Florida paradise for each of us. Great playground, mini golf, pools, walking paths around buildings, hammocks, fire pits. Suites were spacious, you couldn't hear other guests, bathrooms amazing, showers warm, patio just enough for all 5 of us to sit. Bed was comfortable, I never slept in cozier bed then there. A little convenience store/restaurant/bar in the back had every necessity that we needed plus great gifts to take home, great food for breakfast and dinner. People that worked in that store are the most wonderful group of people we met! Property was easy accessible with a car to everything, Disney Worlds, Universal and all the great restaurant chains and gift stores. I liked that it was close but away from Disney hustle. I wanted to rest in Florida and this property made our stay the most wonderful vacation ever!

Property clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and attentive. The tiki bar was a bit basic and could do with an upgrade! The shop prices were massively overpriced. The kingsize bed was super comfy, our only complaint is that the pillows were too big and hard, meaning you had to sleep with your neck crooked. Lovely fire pits and bbqs to use dotted around.

Great property for the family, lots of fun activities. The room layouts are great. The 2 things I would improve are the rooms are staring to look a bit outdated and the food was not of great quality. Breakfast pancakes and waffles are frozen eggos.

Worth it!! This property is great for the location and price! We were visiting for a week to head to Disney but needed a bigger space for my family and it was perfect! We opted for a 2 bedroom suite. It was very nicely updated, clean and had everything you would need. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. It definitely felt like home away from home. No one bothered us what so ever. The kids of course loved the pool, they even had a huge projector out on our last night playing the Taylor Swift concert. Everyone is super nice and helpful. We will be back!

Overall great with pricing. The walls were VERY thin and you can hear all of the kids yelling and walking up the stairs. There was one night that a person was banging on doors which was scary. The place was clean just a little noisy between 6-10 pm.

The hallways were so noisy. You could hear everything all day long. Next to nothing done for soundproofing. Stayed for 5 nights and they never offered to clean the room once. It's an older facility that needs updating. The grounds are beautiful and the location is really good.

We had a very nice stay. Clean with many activities and friendly staff. We were in building F and the loud speaker from the water aerobics mic and music was super load. It is pointed right at the F building. If you want to sleep past 9am ask for a different building. Otherwise great stay and close to Disney Springs.

It was a great property but it was super noisy and they were always mowing or cutting the bushes during the day so it was hard to relax by the pool when they were right there doing work. The sheets were dirty as well. We just used different sheets instead.

Waking up to a loud lady with a microphone teaching aquatic fitness at 9a wasn't what I was hoping for the entire I week. Every activity at the pool someone had a microphone. It was very loud all day every day. Napping and sleeping in was not an option.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are dated, but worked fine for us. The pools are on the smaller side, but my kids really didn’t seem to mind. We were never approached about becoming owners. Drink prices at the tiki bar were outrageous, as well as prices in the on site store.
