Oceanview Bungalow Style Home in Owls Head

Gezellig huis met nautisch thema Oceanview van Crockett's Beach in Owls Head, Maine. Iets meer dan een mijl verwijderd van Birch Point State Park, waar u een glimp van het Lobstermen-werk kunt zien. Tien minuten naar Rockland, de Lobster Capital of the World en het kunstcentrum van de mid-kust, waar u kunstgalerijen en het Farnsworth Art Museum kunt bezoeken. De Rockland Chamber of Commerce, gevestigd in Rockland, heeft informatie over lokale evenementen en activiteiten. Bezoek antiekwinkels en restaurants. Vijftien minuten naar PenBay Medical center in Rockland. Twintig minuten naar de haven van Camden, vol met windjammers. Verken de kleine dorpjes St, George, Spruce Head, Tenants Harbor, Port Clyde. Geniet van het uitzicht vanaf de lokale vuurtorens en de Rockland Breakwater!

Wonderful!

This was our second time at this pristine property. It is a nice quiet spot and very well-equipped for our needs. It is close to beaches, trails and restaurants. It has very easy access to the Maine seacoast towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden. We will definitely return for a third visit!

Lovely home and nice location

It was not quite a clean and new as last year. My one gripe would be that there are not many towels and there is no place to hang towels to dry in either bathroom. We actually brought 2 small clothes drying racks with us because it was a problem last year too. Other than that, the place is perfect for us.

Perfect for a relaxing Maine vacation!

We had the absolute best time at this property. It was welcoming, clean, and cozy with views of the ocean, a deck and second floor balcony, an amazing outdoor grill and a firepit. The house has plenty of spaces to commune as a family, and lots of private areas if you need some quiet time. There are multiple TVs and window A/C units to keep the house comfortable on hot days. Camden and Rockport are an easy ride away, and there are multiple hiking trails nearby. The hosts are friendly and gracious… highly recommend!!

House is Perfection

The house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location with views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The house is wonderfully decorated, was spotlessly clean, and the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is very peaceful and we had a wonderful time enjoying the deck and taking drives up the coast. There is a small regional airport nearby, but the noise was not disturbing and we actually enjoyed watching the small aircraft fly overhead. Highly recommend and we look forward to our return visit.

Beautifully Decorated

Lovely home inside and out. The decor is so tasteful and makes it very homey and welcoming. The only thing missing are towel bars in the bathrooms and perhaps a few more towels and wash cloths. Otherwise the home and gardens are just beautiful.

Relaxing Getaway

Booked this property for 3 nights as part of a baby moon trip. It was a more remote location, which made it quite peaceful, but still close to a few towns and site seeing locations. The house is recently renovated and very welcoming. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to both couples like us or families with children.

This is really a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The grounds are beautiful and you can see the sea. There are not screens on the windows but there are air conditioners in most rooms.

Very quiet and peaceful

Enjoyed the calm and peaceful surroundings. Everything we needed was there and the property shows sleeps 5 but it sleeps 7, including the loft. I enjoyed watering the plants that looked thirsty. Only complaint, someone needs to clean the lines in the jetted tub.
