This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are all the best of the best. The hotel has a recent redesign that keeps all of the old world splendor with all of the newest technology and design. All of the public rooms are really well done but not at all stuffy. The food is excellent at all of them most particularly at lecren. As as American I hate to say this but there really is nothing more elegant and romantic than Paris at this hotel

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Paris during my previous visits to Paris. The Crillon has surpassed my stay at other hotels in the same category. The staff and personal butlers will quickly tend to any task that you request. The hotel bar is very sociable with live entertainment, and the food is delicious. The cocktail menu is ingenious with a wonderful “course” design. Very elegant interior design within the main lobbies, while our suites were both chic and modern with all the fixtures and amenities one would expect of such fine surroundings. I also find that it has the most central location at the Place de Concorde. With all the five star hotel options available in Paris, I would certainly select the Hotel de Crillon again.

When we explained that our room was super hot, they said they would look into it, but dont seem to have bothered, or at least never responded to us. Not what I expect when I am paying over $2000 a night for a tiny shoebox of a room, even in Paris.

My wife and I travel extensively, staying only in 4 and 5 star locations. This hotel easily ranks in the top five (maybe number one) of anywhere we have stayed. Rooms and amenities with fantastic. Staff were friendly (all spoke English). Food was excellent. Only knock was that the concierge couldn’t get my wife a reservation at Hermes to look at purses. However, it was Fashion Week, so I expect that things were a bit unusual.

It’s my 4th stay here in the past 5yrs and it used to be my favorite hotel in the world, but the charm seemed lost post Covid. Everyday there’s something: wrong order taken at the breakfast or the staff forgot our order (multiple times), delivery took forever s’est the concierge said they are on the way, nobody at the front desk for 30mins, asking for check can take another 10-15mins. No much greeting though we stayed here for 10 days. Guest relations suggested to make special arrangements after the 1st claim but never came back to us. Not sure what happened, could be the management, training or recruitment: staffs looked unhappy and in a hustle, indeed it’s in the middle of Fashion week but I didn’t sense a shortage of staffing as there are often many staffs gathering but not delivering the job. We shared the frustration at the checkout and the response was “ok” and “alright”. I’ve stayed at all of the palace hotel in Paris, for work and private, and this time was for a hotel screening for our next company event. I simply don’t think Crillion can provide the level of hospitality we required.

Perfect!
The hotel was superb. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic - luxurious, clean, spacious, and it even had views of the Eiffel Tower. We were celebrating a birthday and the personalised messages from butler team and the ‘extras’ they arranged were very thoughtful and helped to make our stay feel very special indeed.

best service in the world
Quite simply the Hotel de Crillon is one of the finest institutions we've ever stayed at. We've experienced a world class service before, however, this hotel redefines it. The building and facilities were immaculately cared for and presented. The restaurant and bar were lovely, and the common spaces were in perfect condition.

파리에 여행을 온다면 상황에만 맞는다면 무조건 경험해야 할 호텔입니다. 단순한 숙박을 떠나 팔라스 등급 호텔이라는 명명에 맞게 궁전에서의 경험을 현대에서 체험할 수 있게 해줍니다. 위치부터 파리에서 걱정할 어떠한 요소도 없는 안전하고 조용한 곳에 있기 때문에 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후의 모든 과정이 안정적입니다. 체크인부터 섬세하고 사려있는 접근부터 집사의 객실 입장까지의 호텔 소개와 왓츠앱을 통해 친절하고 빠르고 적확한 답을 통해 요구사항을 해결해줍니다. 접객의 운영 자체가 경험해본 그 어떤 호텔보다 완벽했습니다. Jardin D'hiver에서는 숙박 전후로도 방문을 하고 싶을만큼 훌륭한 장소였고 음료와 식사 다 훌륭했습니다. 숙박 후 조식에서도 깔끔한 접객과 요구사항을 미리 확인하고 처리하려는 모습도 훌륭했습니다. 음료를 엎질렀는데도 다른 자리로 바로 이동시켜주시고 일어난 일을 우리는 알지 못한다며 배려해주는 모습에 감동적인 아침을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 단품 음식을 일행과 같이 먹고 싶었는데 그 요구사항을 영어와 프랑스어를 능숙하게 못했는데도 알아듣고 셰프와 대화하고 나누어 제공하는 모습에 감탄했습니다. Brasserie d'Aumont 또한 접객이 완벽하고 부드러웠고 식사 또한 먹어본 프랑스 음식 중에서 가장 깔끔했습니다. 공유할 음식이 아님에도 공유할 수 있게 배려를 해주었고 잔으로 구매가능한 샴페인은 식사와 너무 잘 어울렸습니다. Sense는 훌륭한 마사지 시설과 관리사를 보유하고 있습니다. 마사지를 받으러 가는 과정 또한 부드러웠고 마사지는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 저를 담당한 관리사의 이름을 확인하지 못한게 아쉬울 정도로 다시금 파리를 간다면 꼭 다시 경험할 마사지였습니다. 관리 후에 수영장으로 안내해서 디저트까지 완벽했습니다. 마지막으로 객실은 흠잡을 곳이 없었습니다. 객실안에서 웰컴 푸드와 드링크는 감동적이었고 고객의 자국어로 반기는 글은 여전히 간직할 정도로 감동적이었습니다.
