Dear Mr and Mrs Hus, We are sorry you were not happy with the Suite Cocotte you booked. Our Suite and Junior Suite Cocotte only have a bathtub and a shower arm. As explained upon your arrival, the Suites are very well described on any website (including Expedia) and have many pictures to complete the description. We did our best to make your stay comfortable though by giving you one of the largest Superior Pantheon room with a high ceiling and a walk-in shower. You do not mention this point, but to compensate the room rate, we offered the breakfast that was initially not included in your room rate and cost 40€ per day for 2 people. For the reasons above and since you booked a prepaid rate with non-refundable conditions on a external distributor (not our official website), it is unfortunately not possible for us to reimburse you. Though, our 2 rooms on the ground floor are bigger than our Classic rooms on higher floors and for some people it is an asset. Cher monsieur Azema, Nous vous remercions pour votre séjour aux Dames du Panthéon. Vous aviez effectivement séjourné une première fois dans notre hôtel en Juillet dans le cadre d'une offre de l'été qui incluait le surclassement en chambre Supérieure avec vue sur le Panthéon. Lors de cette deuxième réservation vous aviez cependant réservé une chambre Classique qui comme décrit sur les différents sites de réservation donne sur la rue Clotaire ou sur la cours. Notre hôtel était complet le weekend dernier et aucune possibilité de surclassement pouvait vous être accordé. Il est dommage que vous n'ayez pas exprimé votre déception pendant votre séjour auquel cas nous vous aurions expliqué la situation et aurions éventuellement pu vous proposer une autre chambre classique plus à votre goût à défaut d'avoir une chambre Supérieure. Nos étages étant tous différents de part leur décoration, je suis certaine que même dans la catégorie Classique nous aurions pu trouver une alternative qui vous convienne. Pour d'éventuelles réservations futures, n'hésitez pas à exprimer vos préférences à l'avance car nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour satisfaire les demandes de nos clients.
