Wonderful place in a perfect area. Excellent service!! Close to a lot of the famous attractions of Paris. Spaceous room, especially for a hotel room in Paris.

Ruime kamer, ruime nieuwe badkamer. Eigenlijk was het hotel prima. Twee minpuntjes. 1. Afstand tot metro was wat ver. 2. Voor ons, kleine mensjes, was de hoogte van de kleding stang veel te hoog. We konden geen kleding in de kast ophangen.

Prima hotel op perfecte locatie.
Echt een prima keuze, mooi hotel op 2 minuten lopen van de Arc de Triomphe en de Champs-Elysées! Goede bedden, vriendelijk personeel. Gratis Wifi op de kamer. Zou zeker teruggaan. Ontbijt te duur (19 euro pp) maar vlakbij leuke boulangeries dus keus genoeg! Parkeren in openbare parkeergarage vlakbij, kost wel 39 euro per dag i.p.v. 32 zoals op site expedia staat.

let op tasjesdieven in deze sjieke buurt!
We kregen een mooie luxe kamer. Ondanks het drukke verkeer buiten, merkte je daar binnen niets van door geluidsisolatie. Alleen de airco/verwarming maakt wat veel geluid, die hebben we voor het slapen dan ook uitgezet. 's Nachts koelde het daardoor af en er waren geen extra dekens in de kamer. Mijn vriendin werd de volgende dag op de Av. des Champs-Élysée van haar handtas beroofd nota bene in een restaurant!!!. Dat was nogal een domper. Dus opletten, er zijn veel zakkenrollers en tasjesdieven actief in deze buurt.

Staff of front desk was extremely polite and helpfull, unfortunately only good thing. Rooms were old and scruffy but quiet. Location was great. At Breakfast they had really poor selection and every day same. We were expecting more.

The only thing is good about this property is its location which is VERY close to Champs Elysee / Art de Triomphe. The property is small, dirty. Elevator is tiny and not well maintained. The room is small. The mattress is NOT comfortable.

シングルルームで3泊しました。これまでパリではオペラ近くや左岸に宿泊することが多かったので、今回はシャンゼリゼ近くのホテルをExpediaで探してみました。シャルル・ド・ゴール広場にある凱旋門から伸びるシャンゼリゼ大通りから一本北側のフリードランド大通りはジスかで、かつ観光、ショッピング、交通アクセスなどとても便利です。 夜8時過ぎのチェックインで、日曜日の為に閉店しているレストランの多かったのですが、手頃な価格で夕食を取れるところはありますか?と聴いたところ、その名もCAFE DE PARISというお店を親切に教えてくれました。 シングルルームは各階に1室のみで友人は2階に、私は4階の部屋になりました。もちろん広くはない部屋ですが、シャワー&洗面台と、トイレはベッドを挟んで別になっていて快適でした。パリ中心地にある多くの建物のようにとても古いのですが、室内の寒気がとても良く、変な匂いや湿気にとても弱い私にとて嬉しいポイントでした。 朝食はビュッフェで19ユーロだった為、ホテルでは取りませんでした。また、夜遅くや早朝にベッドに横たわっているとゴゴゴという音と振動を感じます。これはシャルル・ド・ゴール広場近くにあるが故の、地下のRER線の振動だそうです。旅の疲れで毎夜寝落ちし、朝は早めに目覚めていたので、私にとってはこの音は特に不快ではなく、かえって旅の良い思い出になりました。

Hotel 4 stelle, a due passi dall'Arco di Trionfo ed a ridosso degli Champs Elysees. Posizione ottima per muoversi nella città, con fermata del metrò vicina. Hotel ben gestito con camere spaziose e confortevoli, accoglienza ottina con personale gentilissimo, un ringraziamento particolare ad Aurora che parla benissimo l'italiano ed è stata molto paziente con noi. The property is centrally located in a great area in champs elyse, walking distance to arc de triumph and all the shops. We are everyday at laduree and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The customer service the moment we arrived was excellent starting with Maxim greeting us, helping us w luggage and room service. Everyday he had a pleasant warm smile and was attentive to our needs,gave great recommendations and overall friendly. My fiancé and I were so pleased with his hospitality that it left a high impression we us. ThankYou to the staff, especially Maxim. He’s our vacation hero.

The service in this hotel was great. Very helpful and nice staff. The hotel however has not been renovated in decades with not only decir that’s dated but also damaged bathrooms. The hotel does not have room service nor hotel restaurant. Investment on refurbishment would make an amazing hotel. Great location.

The only thing good about this property is the location and the staff who was very friendly but this place is not a 4 star hotel. The room was not as it look online. The carpet were old and dirty, the bathroom tub had molds and the walls had holes. Not at all what I expected.

Location was great, they helped us make reservations, booked us a taxi to airport (but make sure you confirm price with driver, hotel said 57 €, taxi said 65€. Only thing room wasn't ready, but we were early. It was a room for 4 adults and it was plenty of room.

Everything was as we hoped. Stayed in superior room 605. Excellent very comfortable bed with modernised bathroom with an excellent walk in shower and bath also. ( would recommend a shower mat, can be slippery) Robes and slippers, mounted hairdryer and wife happy with well chosen toiletries. Tv with many channels in all types of languages. The Royal is in a Perfect location just a few short minutes from the arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées , then great walk to all other major attractions. Staff were excellent and very attentive when needed and we are very grateful to Laure and Claire for all their help and advice prior to our arrival via email. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent door staff also . Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our weekend break a memorable one.

It has an old Paris charm. Very close to arc de triomphe and champs élysées. Walking distance to Eiffel about 30 min and same with louvre. And right above the metro station. Disadvantage of being above the metro is that you hear it and being on the second floor you also hear all the cars despite the windows being closed. Very dated property , you see marks on washroom and carpets. Bed a bit hard. We had a balcony with view of the street not bad but not great either.. was a vague advertisement from Expedia. It honestly didn’t feel like a 4 star except the rating. It was ok for 2 nights but wouldn’t stay again.

The location is great. A couple of blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are a little dated but clean. There was subway that ran every 30-45 min in front of the building that was kinda loud. All in all, not bad for the price.
