Prima hotel goede lokatie
Voor mij 3de keer verblijf in dit hotel. 3 - 5 min. Lopen naar Walkingstreet. Nette kamer en goede service. Ook prettig veel satelliet kanalen.Heel leuk en gezellig markt-je direct voor het hotel.

iets overprijst maar degelijk hotel
goed gelegen hotel in nabijheid van winkels, uitgangsbuurt en walking street ontvangst door personeel wat ok de kamer is iets kleiner dan normaal wel voorzien van een kingsise bed en zetel maar er ontbreekt een bureeltje met stoel waar ge uw laptop kwijt kunt geraken en gebruiken badkamer niet al te groot maar voldoende met goede douche terras niet prettig gezien het uitziet op een witte betonnen muur op 3 meter afstand zwembad niet echt aangenaam gezien er ook geen ruimte is gemaakt om eventueel aan een tafeltje met stoel een boek te lezen

Very good location. Close to BTS Sky rrain at Punniwithi. Two 7 - Eleven convenience stores within easy walking distance for your daily shopping needs. Good restaurants/cafes also close by. The property is well maintained. The room size was good. The room included a refrigerator and each floor had a microwave. The bathroom was small but adequate but should have been cleaner. There is a small gym and washers and one dryer. I stayed here for 44 days. This property was comfortable, quiet, well placed and priced well. I will stay here again when i return.

Aya is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The bed is big and clean, but the room And especially the bathroom is gross. Old chipped stained tiny. I prepaid for 3 nights and stayed one night only. I will try to get a refund of 2 nights because their pictures and rating is deceiving. If Expedia don’t work with me, I will stop using them.

Unique pool and great location..
Great located hotel…close to bars restuarant and cafes. 3 min walk to beach and small malls… 10 mins walk to terminal 21 mall.. 5 min walk to walking street but can get the baht bus for 10baht Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, rooms clean and modern. Pool a little unique on the 3rd floor but nice and relaxed area. Recommended to stay here.

I’ve been staying here for nearly a decade and it is my favorite place to stay in Pattaya. The staff is wonderful the rooms are nice the beds are terrific. The only thing I want this hotel to do is upgrade their showers. Their showers are terrible. The showerheads Should be replaced with some better quality, massage type jet showerheads. And the brackets that they have on the wall to hold the showerheads often are too high and loose.

Nice hotel on a side street & convenient
The location of the hotel was perfect for our exploration of Pattaya. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. The room staff also very friendly and attentive. The location was quiet at night, more than we expected considering its proximity to all the activity. The only negatives for me were the bathtub/shower - I’m an older guy and getting in an out of that high walled tub was a little nerve wracking for me, afraid I’d slip.

This is a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. They need to improve their WIFI system. I needed it to conduct some business and I couldn’t establish a strong enough connection.

The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, and despite mentioning it multiple times to the staff, they either ignored my complaints or simply claimed to have restarted it, but it still didn't work at all. As a result, I had to rely on my phone's data to catch up on some office work. Additionally, the staff wasn't very proactive and didn't seem interested in accommodating any guest requests. I expected a 4-star experience, but I've stayed at better 3-star hotels before. The only positive aspect I can mention is its location near walking street.

Short walk to Walking Street, next to mall that has everything. Forgot my toothbrush, razor, and comb, don't you know it was provided for me in my room no charge. Had the pool to myself, the water was cool and clean. No breakfast buffet, but plenty of options close by. Arrived 5 hours early for check in, and staff held my bags so I could enjoy the beach which is steps away. Bed comfortable no to hard, ample pillows. No complaints. Guest friendly with security right at elevator.

Great Hotel Great Location
Aya Boutique is a great modern hotel located near the beach, malls, restaurants, and more. Outside of the hotel it can be noisy, but inside of the hotel it was quiet. My favorite part of the hotel was the roof top. It was large with several chairs to relax.
