Ervaren gastheren die deelnamen aan ons 5e seizoen voor het hosten van kortlopende gasten. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken van uw huis, waaronder: centrale airconditioning (veel huizen in Petoskey hebben geen) sterke wifi, schotelnetwerk op alle tv's, smart-tv's in de familiekamer / slaapkamer met netflixx / hbo go (al ingelogd ) / fietsen op eigen terrein (1 heren mountainbike, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) en 1 vrouwelijke mountainbike, aanhangwagen voor kinderen, borden / potten / pannen, strandstoelen / handdoeken en beloopbaar (of fietsbaar) voor al die petoskey biedt. We hebben ook zeer schoon beddengoed, handdoeken, washandjes, toiletartikelen, etc. alles voorzien. Daarnaast hebben we koffie van Café du Monde in de kast met suikers en creamers in de koelkast. Ga je dag hardlopen. Wil je een verse vangst bereiden van Jon Cross of je sluwe visser? Grill / patio in de achtertuin of gebruik onze gloednieuwe keuken. We willen graag uw hond ook beschouwen als een huisbreuk en zich goed gedragen. We houden een krat in de kelder en rennen door de grote achtertuin. Als eigenaars van een grote retriever begrijpen we volledig hoe troostrijk het is om alle leden van de familie aanwezig te hebben, ongeacht hoeveel benen ze hebben. In aanvulling op de volledige en koningin pillow-top bedden is er een opklapbed (opgeslagen in gastenkast) en een sectionele bank voor extra slapers, samen met extra dekens in de borst onder de familiekamer televisie. Een schoon pakket en spel wordt opgeslagen in het hoofdbed voor mensen met nieuwe toevoegingen. Ook een nieuwe fauteuil in de woonkamer.

Wonderful

My husband and I stayed here in early June and the experience was wonderful. The location is ideal - just a couple of blocks from downtown Petoskey. It was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. We did day trips to Harbor Springs, Elk Rapids, Charlevoix and Traverse City during our stay. Our dog, Lucy, enjoyed her stay as well. Thank you so much and we will return.

The location was close to downtown Petoskey. Rental was clean & comfortable. Our second time staying here was as enjoyable as first visit in 2022.Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Northern Michigan.

Great location to be able to walk downtown with safety and ease. All needed supplies were included and kitchen well stocked. Only crazy thing was the snow melt that leaked into the basement where the washer and drier are!

Great location and dog friendly!

We enjoyed a week in petoskey with this house as our home base. Fabulous location as we walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed the Petoskey NYE celebration. We were able to visit three ski mountains during this visit - all less than 30 mins away! So wonderful to have our dog with us. Would recommend to other families with dogs but make sure you read the listing so you know about the number of beds- I hadn’t done that and spent the week sleeping with my daughter!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at Belle’s on Grove! It was so incredibly cozy and clean. We felt right at home with the decor and nice flowing colors all throughout the house. Our favorite part is how clean it was, it was impeccably spotless. Whoever cleans that place takes a lot of pride in their work. We have stayed at all kinds of places in many different locations around the world at all different price points from fancy resorts to quick hole in the wall last minute motels while on the road. Belles on Grove is hands down the cleanest and coziest stay we’ve ever had where my husband, myself and our 2 kids were extremely comfortable. We loved it and will absolutely look into booking here again for our next trip. The only disappointment we had was that it was not decorated for the holidays. We were traveling for a Christmas event and was bummed to find no kind of holiday decor or feeling inside the home. A small Christmas tree would really set this home over the top this time of year! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

3 1/2 Blocks from town, very clean, and good accommodations. Check-in and check-out procedures very easy. Loved the beach chairs & toys, and bikes are available in the shed. Would recommend for couple or small family stay.

NICE PLACE

AS ADVERTISED. CLEAN AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. WE HAD A CHANGE OF PLANS SO ONLY MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER STAYED AND THEY FELT SAFE AND SECURE. THEY WERE PLEASED AT THE LOCATION AS IT WAS A SHORT WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THE BICYCLES WERE A NICE TOUCH AS THEY WENT FOR A LONG RIDE DOWN BY THE WATER. SORRY I MISSED THE WEEKEND BUT BY ALL ACCOUNTS A VERY NICE HOME.

Ski trip in Petoskey

The house was cozy and warm. The heat works fantastically. So nice to go to dinner in town just a few blocks away. The SmartTV is great and we watched a number of movies. The kitchen is really nice and modern for cooking has everything you could need.

Great in town family getaway

Lovely home for a quick holiday getaway for our family. This cozy home was perfect to share time with our kids and close enough to walk to town for food and shopping since the ski conditions were less than ideal A well stocked kitchen, comfy living room with televisions in every room. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom, our kids shared the smaller room which although cozy was big enough for them. There was ample closets, towels, tissue, hand soap, and even noticed a care box of extra toothbrushes and band aids if needed. The hosts really do care about their guests and provide a clean and welcoming home. We loved the ease of walking to town and while being winter we couldn’t help but notice all the extras provided for summer guests which intrigued us for future stays. Thank you for sharing your place with us, all the best!

The place was close to town - beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood Easy check in .Very clean -communication with owner was prompt - had everything you needed The only one thing is to maybe have a clock on the wall .but that is a very small suggestion - besides that I would definitely stay here again😁

Check in process was very easy and the place was exceptionally clean and cozy. A lot of thoughtful amenities for your stay and you can tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the decor of the house. Being dog lovers ourselves, there were many accommodations for our fur baby.. The house is located very close to downtown, so it was easy to either walk or ride your bikes without having to drive and find parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
