GEWELDIG Extra groot, hoekopstelling (dwz minder buren) gelegen naast het vredige geluid van de waterval! Bubbelend van karakter! Hoge gewelfde plafonds zowel in de woonkamer als in de master suite. Serene SW Pueblo-inrichting overal. Zelfs een 8 'Pueblo-ladder in de woonkamer.

De woonkamer biedt zachte lederen banken en zitplaatsen voor optimaal comfort. De extra grote hoofdslaapkamer beschikt over zeldzame palmvaren geweven kunstoriginals, een comfortabele leesstoel, een kingsize bed, hoogwaardige lakens en veel kastruimte. Het is gescheiden van de andere twee slaapkamers door verschillende kamers en een gang ... zeer privé. Slaapkamer heeft een eigen ingang naar het balkon en rustgevend uitzicht op het water.

Luxe keuken met veel kastruimte, granieten toonbanken, uitschuifbare pantryladen, meerdere verlichtingsbronnen en tonnen potten, pannen, bakvormen, enz. Mijnheer koffiezetapparaat plus een Keurig voor die ochtenden en avonden ontspannen op het balkon! Vele andere kleine apparaten: crockpot, blender, mixer, broodrooster, enz. Kalmerende kleurenpallet overal. Genoeg ruimte voor gasten om te ontspannen met 3 extra bedden! Luxe zacht beddengoed overal. Stel je eens voor ... een huis dat op je wacht met VEEL bedkussens !!! Gratis wifi, gratis draadloos internet.

Het extra grote balkon biedt comfortabele zitplaatsen voor u en uw gasten! Er zijn zitplaatsen om te praten en een chaise longue om te snoozen, evenals een bistrotafel om te genieten van champagne. Geniet 's nachts van het ochtendzonlicht, de middagschaduw en de twinkelende lichten van de waterval.

Dit is een 3e verdieping appartement met trap direct voor eenheid PLUS een lift ongeveer 120 meter van onze voordeur. De lift sleutel is beschikbaar bij binnenkomst in het appartement, het is op de grote set sleutels.

De gemeenschap biedt een VERWARMD zwembad omgeven door cactussen en prachtige bougainvillea, waar u de dag of avond gewoon kunt ontspannen doorbrengen. Naast het zwembad is een bubbelbad en privé tennis- en augurkbalvelden. Onze eenheid ligt op een steenworp afstand van het zwembad. En in maart werd een gloednieuwe hot tub voltooid!

Geniet van ochtend- of avondwandelingen rond het privémeer (verhard 1 mijl parcours) waar u eenden, ganzen, zwanen, schildpadden, vissen, reigers en zilverreigers tegenkomt! De wandeling omvat visdokken, banken, een kabbelende beek, rotsfontein, geweldige brug en de waterval die zich voor ons balkon bevindt!

Een geweldige vakantie op enkele minuten van de grootste attracties van het metrostation. De directe omgeving heeft veel restaurants om uit te kiezen, waaronder: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (beste in de VS), Garciaš authentieke Mexicaanse, Red Robin, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Dickey's BBQ, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, MOD pizza, Fajitas, Sweet Tomatoes, plus nog veel meer. Zowel Starbucks als Barnes / Nobles is op korte loopafstand! Gemakkelijke toegang tot snelwegen - 1 blok verwijderd van de I-17. Dicht bij alle fantastische sportevenementen en Spring Training. En het beste van alles ... slechts 18 minuten van / naar de luchthaven (niet-spitsuur).

Comfortable Stay for my Son’s Graduation

My experience at this place was great! A really comfortable 3 bedroom (one being a bunk bed) stay satisfied my family’s needs to be well rested, along with a sweet room to do laundry to keep our clothes clean! Bathrooms were especially nice, accompanied with comforting showers and adequate space to relax, eat food, and other things. Would 100% recommend!

A Peaceful Desert Oasis!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Phoenix! The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood yet still close to everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and shops nearby, and we loved being able to explore the beautiful walking trail just steps from the condo.One of our favourite surprises was the turtles in the ponds such a fun and charming touch that made the whole experience even more unique! The pool area was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventuring. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, which were well maintained and easily accessible.The condo itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and cozy, truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and natural beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Peaceful getaway.

Peaceful complex. Loved the covered patio and the view. Very quiet. Condo is well maintained and clean. Property offers several activities, most items you need are located in the hallway closet for these activities. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, baking sheets, etc. Great rental. The only things we note as small drawbacks. The master bedroom curtains(colored sheers) allow the light to come into the room at night when closed. The bed squeaks in the master anytime you turn over which can wake up a light sleeper.

The condo had a nice view. We wish we would have known that there was an elevator we could only access with a key. We unloaded our suitcases before we entered the condo so we had to go up 2 flights of stairs with our large bag and 2 small bags.

Great location, comfortable property

The property is accurately described in write-up and pictures. Check-in info emailed well before checkin with Millie’s (owner) and assistants phone. Kitchen is well-supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. beds comfortable. We enjoyed 1 mile walking trail around the pond, heated pool and hot top.Millie is the most responsive owner we’ve encountered. She answered our questions and concerns quickly. We let her know a sink was dripping and a plumber replaced the faucet 3 days later.Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

This property truly earns it's high rating. It was well stocked with essentials and kitchen items were the best of any vacation rental we have had. Be aware tho there is a long walk from elevator to door. elevatortothproperty.

As easy and stress free as it gets

Stayed with my 9yr old twins and husband . Overall great location , great space - super roomy, literally home away from home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They provided us with some extra perks such as laundry detergent, beach towels and other misc items you don’t think about. The space is overall very clean. No complaints there. Would stay here again without a second thought. Also was able to enjoy the pool.

Very Nice

This condo was one of the nicer ones that we have stayed at over the past several years. Clean, comfortable, nice AZ decor. The entire place had abt every amenity you could think of. (Books, DVDs, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, visitor info, beach towels, fishing poles, pickleball racquets, cooler, pool floats, and a well appointed kitchen). The instruction booklet was very detailed. Definitely read it when you arrive. The elevator key is on the keyring in the condo. It won't work without the key. The elevator was great for getting our luggage and golf bags to this 3rd floor condo. We took the stairs the rest of our time there. Loved the walking path around the "lake" to start our day. Saw birds and turtles. Its a locked area so felt safe. Nice view from this corner balcony. The hot tub and swimming pool were heated comfortably and a short distance from the condo. Pickleball court near the pool. There was one covered parking space for the car. Also a visitor parking space at the end of the building which was useful. The bedrooms had large mirrored closets for storage of our suitcases and hanging up our clothes. There was baby equipment in the master bedroom closet. (pack and play, infant seat and walker and maybe more). The sofa was deep but supplied with many lumbar pillows for short legged people which was thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again. Very pleased. Millie or her associate were available if needed. We didn't need a thing.

Great place

This house was great. When we arrived it was dirty but there was a glitch in the system and it didn't notify the cleaners. But I let the property manager know and both them and the cleaners got right on it and fixed it. When they finished cleaning it it was spotless! The home owner even touched base with me to apologize for it being that way when we arrived and she felt so bad. It was a great stay and close to where we needed to be. I will be staying here again for sure!

Wonderful stay

Very relaxing and comfortable. I was really able to feel like I could unplug from the stresses of my job. There were plenty of amenities, toys and games to keep the family entertained, also lots of different streaming platforms and internet. It was so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended, and I would love to visit again.

Memorable Stay!

We enjoyed having Thanksgiving together at this location. It was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We felt at home. The spacious balcony was an extra bonus too. 5 star stay!!!

Great place to spend vacation

The condo is just like it is advertised and was very spacious for our family of 4 adults. The fully stocked appliances dishes in the kitchen was just great. We all loved hanging out on the very large and private balcony, with the views of the pond and desert structures! Mille was very communicative with some questions about the TV etc. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and it was awesome that the pool was heated. We used it every day! We would highly recommend staying at this condo again!
