The Sun Room at The "COTTAGE"

De ruimte: dit is een unieke, zonnige ruimte, het lijkt wel een tuin als je het pand betreedt, heel leuk en ontspannend. De Zonnekamer is speciaal voor mij, het is de stille gebedsruimte vele malen geweest om even weg te zijn. Je hebt een kleine koelkast, magnetron, koffiepot voor een kopje koffie, een klein bureau om aan te werken en een HDTV en wifi. Je hebt het gebruik van alle gemeenschappelijke ruimtes in mijn huis, Er is een grote keuken met dubbele ovens, magnetron, 6 pits fornuis, vaatwasser en alle kleine apparaten, Er zijn zoveel gerechten en potten en pannen om te koken een storm. Geniet ervan. Er zijn veel plaatsen om te zitten en te genieten van wat je hebt gekookt. Zoals een tafeltje in de keuken, een snackbar en een eettafel in de eetkamer. In de woonkamer vindt u comfortabel meubilair om te ontspannen en de Big Screen TV te kijken. Ik heb Net Flex en veel gratis films om van Comcast te bekijken. Je hebt het gebruik van de wasserette met wasmiddel, voorzien van een gastlabel op fles in kast boven apparatuur, slechts een korte stap verwijderd. Er zijn veel plekken om gewoon te ontspannen op het terrein. Er is een Gazebo met tuinmeubilair om gewoon een boek te lezen en te lezen, of op het bovenste terras is nog een zitgedeelte. Achter in de tuin is nog een rustruimte, en natuurlijk is er de veranda bij de deur met stoelen en tafels om uw lunch of diner op te eten nadat u op de barbecue hebt gebarbecued. Geniet gewoon van mijn huis terwijl je het hoort. Dit is een geweldige plek om te genieten van je thuis weg van huis. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat.

It’s a decent place but several things were not listed clearly on VRBO: - WiFi does not work - very little privacy in the room - AC is temperamental at best - far from town. Cheap place to stay

Rosie’s place is wonderful. Rosie is so nice and very inviting. I was sick the majority of the time I was there so didn’t get around like I wanted. I would definitely recommend and I’d stay again if I ever needed to.

Home Away from Home

This sunroom was perfect for my two week trip to Vancouver. It was in a quite neighborhood near the places I needed to frequent. I really enjoyed the outdoor patios and other areas in the yard during this stay. I appreciated being able to use the kitchen and dishes and laundry facilities as I needed. I had plenty of room to store my food in the refrigerator and freezer. I appreciated visiting with the other residents staying there as well. Thank you!

Adorable for One.

This was a cute little room, nicely decorated, warm & cozy bed. I did not realize the bathroom was in the main house. I wouldn’t book this room again for that reason. I would book another room there. Unfortunately, the WiFi & cable were out. Host was welcoming.

Very quiet , and room was clean

The yard and house look very cluddered my sunroof door only locked from the inside. It was just like staying in camp ground but with wifi. U have to use the restroom and shower in the house if u need to go. But everything was OK. It was not a bad experience I'd stay again

Welcoming Host, cozy room.

The room was cozy and decorated in a cottage style. There is a small fridge and microwave, as well as dishes in the room. There is no sink in the room and the bathroom is in a separate space. However, the price makes up for this. Rosie was gracious and helpful. I also appreciated that the bed linens had been washed with unscented soap. That makes a big difference for me.

Friendly & Welcoming Host- Close to Everything in Vancouver

Rosie is an excellent host - from a comfortable bed, space for your travel items, a small fridge & microwave, cable television, and internet (great to have a desk to work on), plus use of the main house if you want to use the kitchen, laundry room, and living/dining spaces - Rosie happily provides it all (especially liked the cofee pods!). I appreciated having a parking space on the property rather than the street. As I was planning a move and wanted to get to know the Vancouver area better, this stay was ideal. An excellent location to venture out from - whether for sightseeing or shopping for essentials. And Portland is just a short drive (and a bridge) away.

Rosie is the most kind

My stay here with Rosie and company had me feeling like I was a part of the family. Everyone is so nice! There is ample space to park, exercise, and enjoy the backyard. I enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and sipping coffee or taking a stroll around the nearby neighborhood. The bathroom for this space is shared, and it is located inside the home. There is a stand-up shower and toilet in a water closet, and the sink is located around the corner, in front of another VRBO room. There is half of a fridge and a third of a medicine cabinet available, as well as 2 drawers next to the sink. I also had a cabinet to store food! The room is quite small and cozy, and is perfect for someone coming and going. I was here for 3 months. Rosie and the long-term guests that stay here are so warm and welcoming. I hope to see them again, and stay in The Bungalow this time!
