Een mooi hotel met mooie hotelkamers. Elke dag werden de kamers netjes schoongemaakt en de personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt en diner waren goed, maar helaas niet heel veel keus. Al met al zeker een aanrader voor mensen die overwegen hier te komen.

Great stay far superior from other NH in other European cities, but as always location was unbeatable. Front staff could be a bit more welcoming but the breakfast team made up for it. Joao, Joana and Carina?? at the breakfast provided excellent service and made our mornings better. Room and common areas were well kept and clean. Will definitely come back in our next Porto visit

A nice well appointed hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and we were invited to have a glass of port wine when we arrived. It is located on a very quiet street, which we appreciated. we would definitely stay here again.

It's very welcoming from the start and the facility is very clean and modern atmosphere. Morning buffet was great and close to the downtown and a train station and sightseeing tour bus ticket booth etc. Great pick for Porto trip!

We have stayed at several NH properties throughout the years and this one did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and local sights. The front desk staff was very nice, they were always eager to assist and they allowed us a late check out of one hour which was extremely helpful. When visiting Porto again would definitely stay and strongly recommend this hotel.

There is regeneration work going on around the hôtel which started at 8am weekdays, the hotel is well insonnerised so it didnt cause a problem.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning services, were so friendly and courteous. The free daily breakfast was delicious. We greatly enjoyed the complimentary glass of port wine, as well. The hotel and rooms were clean, sleek, and modern. The only negatives that I had, was I believed that the parking was complimentary for guests but learned at checkout that it was 17 euros a night. The cost was not terrible, I just wish I had known that in advance as we were told by the staff at check-in that they would “validate” the parking pass for us when we left. Also, while the location is good, it is not the best if you have difficulty walking. The hotel was a bit far from the main shopping hub and the riverfront, but if you grabbed a cab, it was between a 5-15 minute drive anywhere you wanted to go. The cab line was also right around the corner from the hotel, and they were inexpensive compared to cabs in the United States. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Porto.

Very nice hotel with amazing restaurant on premise. It's not in the touristy area of the city and not crowded but very close by foot to all the places to see. Highly recommended!
