Very bad, never again

The beds and the pillows are really bed. Also the blanket is so thin and the heater not working at night, getting is very cold when you sleep. Also the windows don't close very good, so leakage of cold wind into the room.
We had a 4-person room, which actually should have be a 2-person room as there is almost no space to put 4 people in the room.
Don't understand why the kitchen is closed. If you want to use it, you have to go to the reception to get the key.

Thank you for your feedback, Vijay! We are sorry to hear about these troubles, you should have told reception during your stay. Now, we can do nothing about that. Heaters are working, they are just sometimes turned off. Regarding kitchen, you can use it anytime, you just have to get the key and place deposit. All of it is mentioned in rules of the hostels which you can read when making a reservation. It is all due to security purposes. Moreover, please, bear in mind that you booked a stay in hostel and not a five star hotel. Thank you for your review anyway, we appreciate it!

O quarto é bem simples, o banheiro era limpo mas muito pequeno, a internet não era boa, em vários momentos não havia sinal!

Personal freundlich. Unterkunft für junge Leute. KEIN Lift und für mein Knie mühsam bis in 5. Stock zu steigen.
Lage aber gut. Nähe Moldau (bei meinen Schwäne).

Room was okay. Nothing special. The mattress of the bed was not super comfortable.

Hostel con una excelente locación bien céntrica, pero el hostel esta muy descuidado y el wifi solo hay en el lobby.
Los cuartos amplios puedes apartar uno si no te gusta comprarle pero los baños estaba mal y sucios
