I have booked three twins bed room, ended with two single beds and a sofa bed,room and bathroom are very small, I have booked the hotel cost Euro$586. but I have paid Euro$652, luckily I got Euro$19 back after arguing with the horrible male staff for an hour, then I was so upset, I couldn’t concentrate to pack my luggage, I left my scarf in the hotel, which was the gift from my sons, it’s three times than Euro$19😭 I can’t get it back. They offered me bus tickets, but not tell me how much, then they charged me Euro for four cheap tickets in the end

Dear Madam,
I am sorry to hear about your rather negative experience, however it is from the feedbacks that we learn from and use to improve our service. Unfortunatelly we see your review as unfair, so if I may add in our defense:
First, you have booked a room for a three night stay for 3 people with 3 twin beds. However, upon arrival there were 4 guests (3 adults + 15year old) which is why you were charged 10 EUR extra for the 4th person per night. Also, if there were only 3 twin beds (3x 100x200cm) and not a extra bed (140x190cm) prepared in your room, 2 of you would have to share one twin bed (100x200cm).
Secondly, after check-out you have brought to our attention that the extra-person charge was, according to the expedia policy, supposed to be only 3,6EUR per night for children and 8,8EUR per night for adults (15+ years) and insisted that the 4th person (being your 15 year old son) should only be charged according to the extra-child rate, to which we, eventually, agreed and gave you a refund of 19EUR even though the price on expedia is for booking the 4th person in advance and your son is already 15 years old..
Thirdly, you were charged 3,75EUR (96CZK) for 4 public transportation tickets, which, as printed on the ticket, cost 24CZK each. This is the official price given by public transportation service and we do not earn anything from reselling the tickets.
Lastly, we have found your scarf and would be happy to send it to you once you provide us with a pre-paid UPS shipping label and collection time.
