Een mooi gebouw met ruime kamers. Jammer dat er niet een waterkoker op de kamer was om even een kopje thee te kunnen zetten. Dat ben ik in 4 sterrenhotels wel gewend. Goed ontbijt en een goed bed. Prima hotel!

Room was oke, quite neat, a bit old, oke bathroom as well but..
Really bad service...
Got to the hotel in the morning to stow or luggage. Personal told us to leave the luggage next to a closed door in the middel of the hotel lounge. Left our luggage there with in mind that it would be locked behind the door as soon as we left. When we returned to get in the room in the afternoon we found that the luggage was still in the middle of the room so anyone could have taken something out of our luggage without alerting anyone of the hotel staff. Not a great start.
Went to our room only to find out that the heater was at maximum level, Turned it down, but after 3 hours, the heater was still at maximum heat so we asked if they could fix it, only to find out after asking twice that nothing could be done until the next morning and chancing rooms was not possible cause the manager was the only one who could change rooms and he was at home. So we had an horrible night sleep. Asked the following morning if they could fix it, so they promised they would fix it during the day. Which they of course didn't, Complained again and still they offered no room chance because there suddenly was no room. So had another night of no sleep.
Would really recommend to stay far away from this hotel, as it is by far the worst service i've ever had while staying in a hotel. It's like they don't take you seriously as a guest. There far better hotels in Prague within the same price range/location/rating.

Voordelen: oude jaren 70 look
super afzuiginstallatie in de douche
prima plek om vanuit de stad praag te ontdekken. tram op nog geen 5 minuten. ze helpen je ook prima als je een excursie wilt gaan maken. spreken goed engels.
parkeren is wat lastig. 2 plekken aan een drukken weg en door het huis een parkeerplaats achter het huis.

The room was without a kettle and a mini fridge.
Noisy guests and rude guests
Shouting in the backyard late at night.
The breakfast restaurant was tiny there is no enough tables at breakfast if you like to sleep in.
Make sure you get up sharp at 7am.
Staff was nice and helpful.
Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Louis Leger
Geplaatst op 2 aug. 2023 op HotelsI recently stayed at Hotel Louis Leger in Prague and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I encountered several issues during my stay that left me deeply dissatisfied.
Firstly, the entrance to the property is incredibly narrow, and my car was damaged while attempting to park. Unless you have a very slim car, I would strongly advise against using their parking facilities.
Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but I couldn't identify anything that justified such a rating. It feels like a self-proclaimed title without any substance.
Additionally, as a family of five, we were given room number 504, a duplex room that receives direct sunlight, making it unbearably suffocating. The lack of proper ventilation exacerbated the discomfort, and the only solution provided was a single table fan, which was entirely insufficient for the room's size.
Furthermore, the bathroom's bathing cabin was so cramped that it was nearly impossible to take a proper bath. The space was too small, and we couldn't even extend our arms freely inside it.
The issue with the bathing cabin was made even worse by the inconsistent hot water supply. We either had no hot water at all or no water flowing from the taps, making it extremely frustrating to use the facilities.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Louis Leger was below par, and I regret choosing this property for my stay in Prague. I
