Villas of Kamalii is een nieuwe, kwalitatief hoogwaardige, eersteklas gated community in Princeville. Villa # 47 heeft een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de waterval en de bergen die gewoon zal verbazen. De plattegrond van Mokihana is een split-level indeling van 1825 sf met een gewelfde ingang met kunsthoek, twee ouderlijke suites met airconditioning, een derde slaapkamer / studeerkamer, een binnenplaats met tuin, drie veranda en een aangebouwde garage voor één auto. Leefruimte omvat 55 inch kabeltelevisie en airconditioning Eetkamer voor zes personen met twee extra barkrukken.
Eerste Master Suite met kingsize bed, ensuite badkamer met jacuzzi, aparte grote inloopdouche en kabeltelevisie. Uit de slaapkamer is een twin-size dag bed.
Tweede master suite met queensize bed en futon, ensuite badkamer zal grote inloop met douche, dubbele wastafel, televisie, bureau, kast en kabeltelevisie.
Derde slaapkamer met queen size futon, kabeltelevisie en een bureau.
Afspraken zijn onder andere graniet in de keuken en marmeren werkbladen in de badkamers, Kohler en Grohe sanitair, roestvrijstalen GE keukenapparatuur, met esdoorn keukenkasten, side-by-side wasmachine / droger en wastafel in de wasruimte beneden. Er is bamboe houten vloeren met tegels in de badkamers, keuken en wasruimte. De gemeenschappelijke elementen zijn een verwarmd zwembad en een spa met een groot gasbarbecuerooster. Het huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het Makai Golf Course Club House.

Nice stay! Clean house with beautiful views in a good location that was close to places we wanted to go. Hanalei Bay is 10ish minutes. There’s a Foodland and shave ice 0.3 miles away. 52 minutes from Lihue airport. Sand toys and beach toys in the garage. Extra beach towels. Air conditioning was adequate. Pool is very clean and heated which was great. Manager was very responsive! In a complex of about 50 identical units. Neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. 3 stars for the cookware which is pretty standard for vacation rentals. Thought washing AND putting away the dishes was a bit much to ask when leaving first thing in the morning considering price and cleaning service. Most places just ask you to start the dishwasher at most. Overall, would recommend the stay but it was our first time to Kauai so we might look around for a different type of experience next time.

Magical stay in Princeville

We had a truly wonderful time at this condo in Princeville. It was more than enough space for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and the view is more spectacular than in the photos. Any questions were addressed promptly by the property manager. Would absolutely stay here again. The only downside was having to leave :(

My whole family enjoyed this property! It worked for my parents, my husband and our children (1 and 4) and my brother and niece and nephew (10 and 15). The property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The views of the mountains from the living room and lanai were breathtaking. The neighborhood was quiet and close the the grocery store and many amazing beaches. Communication with the property manager was very responsive and kind. Meredith was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely book this place again. Absolutely recommend.

Great property and location! Beautiful view. Loved sitting out in the morning drinking coffee and watching rainbows!! Most places are about 25-30 minutes to get to. But it’s Hawaii enjoy the views! A few suggestions that would be nice. Just to have handy would be ziplock bags, foil, etc. other than that. We had a great time!

Beautiful Home, Breathtaking View

We loved our stay at this property in Princeville. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped for our vacation. However, the biggest stunner about this property is the incredible view. With multiple lanais and huge windows, you can see the gorgeous mountains of the north from almost every room. We took advantage of the outdoor spaces and views whenever we were home - enjoying our coffee in the morning, and watching the stars at night. Highly recommend this property, not a bad thing to say.

Perfect place for Princeville

The place is nearby foodland and also near hanalei, which was really convenient. We didn’t have any linens for one of the rooms but the property manager delivered some linens the next day! Very relaxing stay!

Beautiful unit!

Beautiful unit in a good location. Lots of light and nice views of the mountains. Easy to get to lots of sites on the North Shore. Clean and nicely decorated with a well-appointed kitchen and garage (beach chairs, bucket & shovel, wagon, etc). We visited with our two young daughters & it’s not the most kid-friendly (rooms are on different levels, beds are high, and lots of sharp corners), but we managed just fine! The only other issue is that there are some ants that have made the unit home - mostly in the downstairs bathroom. Overall a lovely stay.
