Nieuwbouw - Prachtige 3 niveau 3BR / 3BA Condo

U verdient het om uw uitje in Provincetown comfortabel, toegankelijk en zorgeloos te maken. We hebben al het mogelijke gedaan om een huis in te richten en te ontwerpen met gasten in gedachten.

Dinerparty's, koffie in de ochtend, ontspanning alles op punt en met hoogwaardige voorzieningen. Triple master slaapkamers met kingsize bedden (met traagschuim matrassen), luxe handdoeken, beddengoed en en-suite badkamers.

De eerste slaapkamer met eigen badkamer dient ook als een lees- en mediaruimte (inclusief een 55-inch flatscreen-tv en Google-assistent) en fungeert als een uitgestrekte kingsize slaapkamer met veel ruimte voor ochtendyoga. Het bed is om voor te sterven!

Onze 2e verdieping omvat een chef's keuken met alle gadgets, voorzieningen en cocktailglas die u maar kunt bedenken. Onze gasten maken vaak van de gelegenheid gebruik om New England-stijl te koken / grillen. Ontspan met vrienden in de woonkamer met ruimte om te loungen terwijl u naar uw favoriete muziek luistert op ons premium Sonos-geluidssysteem. Of wandel naar ons privé-terras met zitplaatsen voor zes en grill diner op de gasgrill (nogmaals, met elk kookgadget dat je maar kunt bedenken).

Onze 3e verdieping bestaat uit 2 extra kingsize slaapkamers met eigen badkamer met onder het bed opslag en volledige kasten. De eerste slaapkamer kijkt uit op het Pilgrim-monument en de tweede slaapkamer biedt uitzicht op de tuin. Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van 32 inch flatscreen-tv's, Google-assistenten en USB-uitgangen voor al uw slimme technologiebehoeften.

Alle slaapkamers hebben ook; föhns, wekkers, krultangen, strijkijzer en strijkplank, volledige kasten en luxe beddengoed en handdoeken waardoor u voor altijd wilt blijven.

Full-size wasserette, strandlakens, strandtassen, strandstoelen, draagbare / rollende koeler, bordspellen en boeken over lokale geschiedenis.

Wonderful condo, great location.

This property was amazing. The photos and description were spot on -- we anticipated that we would be staying at a fantastic place, and it was. Having three bedrooms each with their own ensuite bath makes this property extra special, since that is very hard to find in Ptown. Beautiful kitchen, well appointed, and the location was perfect. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Incredible location, new construction with all the amenities

Had a wonderful stay at Cape Haven - communication with Sandy was easy and prompt and was very accommodating and checked in with us proactively. The place is brand new and in an incredible location - just a block away from Boatslip and central to everything. We loved the main suite on the main floor with access to ensuite bathroom and the washer/dryer, and the kitchen and living room were well equipped with everything we needed (including extra garbage bags!). Finally, the back outdoor area with fireplace table was perfect for a chill Fall night relaxing under the stars.

You could not ask for more when choosing a place to stay while in PTown. Clean, comfortable, welcoming; lovely outdoor space was the cherry on top. So close to town without the noise. If you pass up this rental, it would be a shame.

Great week in Ptown

The condo is perfect for a friends week/long weekend in P-town. We enjoyed the patio and would relax and enjoy our morning coffee every day out there! The house's kitchen was stocked with spices/utensils. Great location to commercial street and the rest of p-town. We will be back and would love to book this home again!

Great location bad experience

The location of the property is excellent - one block from commercial street and easy to walk anywhere. Our problem with the property is that upon arrival the back deck was covered in cigarette butts and chewed gum - not ideal! Additionally, several things in the apartment were broken or not working which the management did not seem to be aware of. The apartment was also extremely dusty. We paid the 300 dollar cleaning fee but management expects everything to be pristine when you leave (we were chided for leaving food in the fridge and things like recycling in the apartment - neighborhood pickup came right before we left so we could not get it all). It’s a shame that management does not take the time to care for this property as the place could be great!

Perfect Ptown Condo

I am so glad I found this condo for our week in Ptown! Sandy the host was magnificent from check in to check out. She is very responsive via text and was so sweet and helpful the entire week. The condo exceeded our expectations. It is newly renovated, very clean and had all of the little things we could have possibly needed (plenty of towels, hangers, etc.) The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom is a game changer! My group of friends and I loved spending time on the back patio where there is a big table with a fire pit in the middle. All of our neighbors were very kind. I love the location of this condo because it is so close to the Boatslip Resort where the tea dance is held everyday @ 4pm. You won't regret booking this condo. I am already looking forward to returning here in the future. Thanks for everything, Sandy!

Amazing Rental in Ptown

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO in Provincetown. The property boasts three spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, all of which were impeccably stocked. The kitchen was a delight to use, equipped with all the pots, pans, and spices we could need, making meal preparation a breeze.One of the highlights of our stay was the fabulous outdoor patio. It was the perfect spot for relaxing and socializing with friends. We spent many evenings there, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. The location of this property is unbeatable. Centrally located, it was close to everything Ptown has to offer. We walked to and from the ferry with ease, making our arrival and departure incredibly convenient. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Our girls weekend was fabulous and made even better by Sandy and her property. The house is gorgeous, updated, all the amenities and perfectly located. Sandy, the host, was so kind and accommodating!
