De stairs are the limit
Lifestyle hollidays is een groot complex, waarvan Crown onderdeel van uitmaakt. In tegenstelling tot de aanbieding hadden we buiten onze afdeling nergens toegang. En werden 2 van de 21 restaurants aangewezen ,deze waren niet te belopen en konden deze met het gratis vervoer bereiken. De bars, stranden elders op het "lifestyle" complex mochten we niet in vanwege de verkeerde kleur armbandje. Het "wellnes" gevoel staat hoog in 't vaandel van Lifestyle, maar zit 'm meer in de kleur van de armband en de "poppenkast" op zondag avond. Daar het hele complex op een berg ligt, is het de hele dag trapje op,trapje af, drempeltje over en helling op en af en dit op ieder 5 meter van het complex. Zonder conditie niet te belopen. Door de inspanning die je hier dagelijks moet leveren, ga je als je wat ouder bent kreupel naar huis. Aanrader voor "rolstoelers"

So no one was going to tell me there’s peacocks living in the resort ? They were so beautiful and friendly. I had an amazing experience here, the people were kind. The shuttle was very convenient for commute. You can buy a SIM card at the pharmacy in the hotel for $15 usd. I wish they changed up the buffet menu every other day, tho there was a lot of options at the buffet, it becomes boring after like the 3rd day. Room was very modern with a beautiful bathroom. I was afraid it would be outdated as I read in the reviews but completely opposite. I will be coming back here again soon ❤️

We arrived at 4 AM and didn’t get a room until 6AM. My reservation was coming up as canceled and I had to pay for a room for that night. Then had to go back at 9AM to verify if my reservation was working again and to get my money back for the room I had to pay. They blamed Expedia. The food was disgusting. I’ve been back home almost a week and I’m still very sick from their food which I barely ate. The drinks will also make you sick and taste like rubbing alcohol. The staff was kind but the people trying to sell you things from the cigar shop and spa were always lurking and watching you to sell things to you even after you say no thank you. There was no entertainment or music.

By far the worse resort experience ever. Don’t go there do not recommend it. They treat people without the VIP really bad. Can’t even get an expresso there. Spend a little more money and go to a better normal place.

Having access to numerous locations within the property for food, drinks, annd restrooms was great. The friendliness of the staff, I will always remember. One thing that i believe can be improved in the temperature of the meals at the buffets during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I found the food to be borderline cold by the time i sat down. Other than that the resort was great.

Extremely big, you have to shuttle everywhere, the shuttle system is really good very consistent. Food was amazing a lot of variety. Staff is really nice place is clean well kept the shows were amazing! The place is very kid friendly there’s always activities going on.

My friend and I (2 college age girls) stayed here for 6 days/5 nights and had so much fun!! Place was very clean, staff were super friendly. The pools were super nice and had lots activities. The resort is huge so we walked a lot but they do have shuttles, although the walks weren’t more than 15ish minutes. We only ate at the buffets and they were great!! Pool bars were fun! Definitely not a party hot spot, so if you’re looking for that I wouldn’t recommend, but if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation I’d definitely recommend. There weren’t places to sit on the actual beach and a lot of the beach huts were for vacation members or VIP, but we still went down to the beach simply to swim. Great place, would definitely recommend!!

Resort was very large & required a shuttle bus to get around. Extreme amount of steps. No place to sit ON beach, just bed huts to lay on. Even though they say there are a lot of restaurants, pools & beaches you’re only allowed at a few of them. The absolute worst part is high pressure sales to buy a membership-ended up being downright rude to make them leave us alone! Staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly and very helpful. Food is delicious and plentiful.

The food is amazing for an all inclusive. The resort is very large and you have to walk or take the shuttle bus around. The beach is ok. The beds by the sea are nice. If you want to eat anything other than buffets make your reservation when you arrive. The staff is great other than the ones trying to sell you time shares or houses. Also if you're not buying one you can't use all of the resort. The rooms were decent but they are remodeling them and should be better soon. All in all decent but not great.

After reading some reviews I had low expectations of the resort. The experience I had was quite the opposite. Food was great. Staff was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only downside for me was navigating the overall resort. It is a huge compound with a decent shuttle bus which did help. I would have preferred to walk had there been better directions throughout the compound.

The hotel staff and services overall are very deficient. The hotel had changed our reservation and gave us accomodation in another area of the resort that was way more noisy and common, compared to what we paid for that was more of a private and quiet experience. The experience was not good enough and the hotel staff did not know how to properly resolve the situation. I used to love this resort but after the last stay, I would NOT reccpommended to anybody.

Property is showing its age front office staff is less then helpful. We would not comeback we had two bookings the front desk would not let us check into our room unless we gave up the nicer room that was paid for and then would not refund
