Felix and Bombom made this a nice experience for my husband and I. Not much going on with shows and things like that but overall it’s a chill environment. Night club is not good but with some drinks in your hand one can make it great!

Sunscape of Puerto Plata is great place to go to if you want to relax. Food was great. Drinks are basics but for the price of the hotel acceptable. Rooms were nice and clean, air conditioning was great. They need to do better with around the pool and beach where they have no-one serving. If you need a drink you need to walk to the bar.

Beautiful resort and excellent customer service from all the wonderful workers. The restaurants are worth the trip. Upgrade to the sun club it’s worth it and the bartenders are very attentive especially Santiago. Sun club reception run by Julissa was exceptional they really take care of you. Main pool activities with Bon Bon are a lot of fun. See you all next January

The food was horrible, no at the right temperature very cool, air conditioner in the dining room was hot the coffee maker in the room was dirty no for human use I have a picture of the coffee maker. The rooms also hot, the towels supposed to be white and they look yellow, WiFi was only on the lobby area. I will not recommended this place to nobody, I visit this place for more than 15 years and I think is my last time. My name is Rafael Santana my # is 603- 765- 7954. The beach,water and weather were excellent. The facility need some improvement. They were long lines to the restaurants except the one manege by Francisco at that evening.. On his watch every thing was going nice and smooth. La Romana food could taste better.

Front desk staff was very unwelcoming, they did not let my friend eat breakfast until I arrived and checked us in. She offered to pay and they still gave her a difficult time. Later I had a problem with my ac. Floor was very wet and slippery, almost fell. Staff wanted me to move out of my room right away in the middle of my daily activities. They did give me another room but then the key was locked and I had to go do rounds to solve the matter as I still had my belongings inside the room.

We stayed at Sunscape for 5 days and it was the worst experience ever! The only good thing I could say is the staff. The staff for the most part were amazing, once you tipped them, they became even better. They are some of the most humble people you will ever meet. As far as our room and the facilities, horrible. Where to begin. Both the beach and pool close at 6pm. Yes, 6pm and they kick you out. The alcohol is not named brand. They only serve Classico, and you’re lucky if you get Barcelo and Brugal. Our room was worse. The door, to start, had a huge gap at the top letting hot air in. The AC was horrible. We spent most nights sweating because of how bad it was. The bathroom was okay, but there was hair left behind that was not ours. The bed, was horrendous. It felt like you were sleeping on concrete and the pillows were harder than life. We asked for softer pillows and were told they didn’t have any. Our other room was supposed to be changed due to the lights, phone and AC not working but they never changed the room. At this point, we were so frustrated we didn’t even continue to complain. The food was OK. Some items were questionable. The late night restaurant and Italian restaurant were the best for us. We got locked out of our room and they came at 3:30am to charge us but later returned it. It took them forever to fix the door. The spa, absolutely AMAZING! would definitely going especially after sleeping on rocks. I could write for days, but I got cut off at 1500 wrd
