The property losction is just steps to the sea! The restaurant has exceptional food! The pool is great! Everything with a beautiful ocean view!

This is a charming property that has many original touches from its beginnings in the 1960s. The people are nice, the rooms are clean, and the food is pretty solid. I missed some things, like goos coffee available before 8am, and the ability to sit on a couch sofa somewhere to watch the waves before breakfast without bars interrupting my view. Both these features would have meant a lot to me. Overall, for the money, I would consider staying here again.

We stayed at Villa Cofresi for 6 nights, overall it was great, alot of comfy areas to hang out, great restaurant. The staff was very nice and super helpful except for one waitress who we had one night who was inattentive but she was definitely an outlier. The food was delicious, we had the whole fried snapper one night that was perfectly fried, the breakfast was amazing, best coffee too. The one suggestion would be to have the chef during the week elevate their cooking skills to the level of the weekend chef. There was a very noticeable difference especially since we had breakfast and appetizers at the bar on Sat and Sun that were phenomenol, then came Monday and still good but not the same quality especially the papas cofresi, french fries, and fish bites. The hotel is right on the beach with breathtaking views and a spectacular view of the sunset. We were disappointed that the deck on the second floor was not accessible due to damage from a storm before we arrived. It was the pictures of the deck that drew us there so we would have liked to have been able to sunbathe on it but that's not their fault. We would stay at Villa again but this time we would make sure to get a room with a balcony!

Great staff and beautiful setting. My room overlooked the ocean and had a balcony. The restaurant was delicious. Really enjoyed my stay.

Lively and fun. Nice people and the best food I had on the whole island. Big coconuts filled with strong booze. On the ocean and it is like being on a ship. Pool is not all that though, it was small and generally I did not feel relaxed there. Depends what you are want, people i met there say they go every year, but it just was not my favorite. The rooms are basic- just fine and beds are super comfy-but for a family with small kids it just was not a fit for us at all - it is more a couple's place as the ocean isn't one that kids can go into etc and the crowd is more couple or teenager oriented.

Very friendly welcome by everyone here! Lovely service, great room, great water pressure, clean, safe parking, stunning ocean side location, great drinks and food and perfect for exploring this side of Puerto Rico. Family run also which is great. Great value!
