Fantastische 3 Bed / 2 Full Bath Ranch in Noord-Raleigh - dicht bij alles

Prachtig ingerichte boerderij in een prachtige wijk in Noord-Raleigh. Dicht bij restaurants, winkels en de I540 waardoor het gemakkelijk is voor de luchthaven en RTP. 20 minuten naar het centrum van Raleigh.

Volledig ingerichte keuken met alles wat u nodig heeft om maaltijden op maat te bereiden. Keurig-koffiezetapparaat met koffie en thee inbegrepen om uw perfecte ochtend te beginnen.

Grote woonkamer met comfortabele stoelen en een prachtige erker die fantastisch licht binnenlaat.

Familiekamer met afgeschuinde raamaccenten, een elektrische open haard, een 50-inch Roku-tv met Netflix- en kabelzenders.

Ruime eettafel met stoelen voor 6 personen. Eten in de keuken kan plaats 4.

De grote slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, een inloopkast, een eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel, een grote douche met handgrepen. De master heeft ook een 46-inch tv met Netflix en kabelkanalen.

Slaapkamer 2 heeft 2 aparte bedden met voldoende kastruimte, ventilator aan het plafond, mooi raam met stoel bij het raam.

Slaapkamer 3 heeft een tweepersoonsbed, 2 nachtkastjes, een kledingkast, een mooi raam met een stoel bij het raam. Kantoorruimte met een bureau. Geweldig voor gasten die behoefte hebben aan computer- of werkruimte.

De hal badkamer met douche / bad is handig om de extra slaapkamers en de rest van het huis.

Voorzijde gescreend in veranda met uitzicht op de prachtige voortuin.

Vreedzame buitenruimte. Groot dek met ingebouwde banken en glazen tafel. Perfect voor die ochtend kopje koffie of 's avonds een glas wijn.

Fantastic!Great Location to visit our daughter and her family here in Raleigh.This house is so comfy & welcoming!Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need to make home cooked meals.The front porch was our Favorite spot to have our morning coffee. Loved listening to the birds!The back deck was Great for evening games of Sequence & Farkle. We had such a good time.The Hosts are Excellent at making their guest feel welcomed. Beyond Expectations!

Wow!! Impressive is an understatement! My family gathered to celebrate some amazing life events and we chose this property as our meeting spot. We did not go wrong! The home was clean & beautifully decorated. The biggest wow factor was the attention to detail! I felt so pampered! From the fresh flowers waiting at the door, to the cheese & sparkling lemonade waiting in the frig, chocolates by the bedside, robes, comfy beds, and everything in between, they did not miss a single detail! This is our 4th stay at this property and we will definitely look forward to returning. It is always a welcoming home to arrive to after a long drive. It is a great place to gather with family in the area. Caron makes it inviting with many cozy touches - including, snacks, candies, cheese and crackers along with a couple bottles of wine. Always clean and organized with plenty of towels.

Beyond Wonderful!

The owners of this rental went way above and beyond and comparison to any other rental I have chosen to stay in. The check was very smooth. Communication was very quick. The house was immaculate with incredible attention to detail. Everything we could possibly need was thought of and accommodated. And the level of trust with her renters was phenomenal, for example, leaving out a crystal decanter with crystal glasses for us to use for instance. The atmosphere was homey and the furniture very comfortable. A spacious and warm home to enjoy.

Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In

Dana was an awesome host. Very kind and considerate. Super clean and comfortable house in a great neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. All the supplies one could ask for, and then some. Whenever we go to Raleigh we will try to stay here. My wife is going to buy the same kind of mattress that was on our bed, it was so comfortable. Now I understand why this house has a unanimous 5 star rating. Can't wait to visit it again.

The home itself is very coz & nice, with plenty of room. It’s well-appointed and in a great neighborhood that is close to so much. What makes this rental experience such a standout are the hostesses; they have thought of EVERYTHING (and more) to make your stay a fantabulous experience. Everything I could think of for entertaining friends was thoughtfully supplied. We all enjoyed the nice welcome of wine and cheese and pretty glasses. The house is more spacious than the photos indicate and very comfortable. I would definitely choose this house again.

Family Time in Raleigh

From the moment you step into this Lovely VRBO you feel comfortable & welcomed. Caron & Dana go that extra mile to make you feel Special. There were beautiful fresh flowers on the table, wine, cheese, crackers, bread and fruit to refresh us after our journey from Pennsylvania. The refrigerator was stocked with milk, butter, eggs, drinks and other food. There are books to read, games to play. The TV had lots of programs to choose from. The outside deck with grill was a wonderful place to gather and make memories with our daughter and her children who live here in Raleigh, NC for the last 23 years. We hope to return next year and make more memories. The owners are Great and easy to Communicate with. Definitely a Beautiful Gem in Raleigh! We Love this VRBO!

Lovely home away from home

Our hosts, Dana and Caron, were excellent -- thoughtful, caring, and very accessible. The house is comfortable, clean, and incredibly well-appointed -- it sets the bar for all future vacation rentals. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and the back deck. Friends Week

We were visiting friends and used this house as our base for the week. The location is great as you are close to a variety of restaurants and shops as well as easy access to the highway. The property is well equipped. It would be nice if the master had a king bed as opposed to the queen. We would certainly stay her again.

Perfection!

I can't begin to say how much my friend and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Raleigh! We traveled by car from Cleveland, Ohio. The hosts left us so many thoughtful welcoming touches and notes upon our arrival. The kitchen was incredibly clean and so well-stocked! The bedrooms were serene and we both slept well. The neighborhood was quiet and so peaceful and the location was perfect for the Raleigh Convention Center I was attending. We're tempted to come back for no purpose other than to spend time at that lovely home. It was like a special rejuvenating retreat. I'm certain we will be back! Dana and Caron were immediately responsive to any questions or comments I had from the moment I reserved the house. That home is filled with positive energy and loving vibes.

This rental was perfect for our family that was in town visiting. The ranch style had a great layout and was roomy enough to let everyone have their own space. I literally could not have been happier with this home or the host. I needed a place to host my family for NCSU parents’ weekend and this was the perfect house. Beautifully decorated with some amazing art pieces it immediately felt like home. Our host left a bunch of little welcoming touches that def put it over the top for us. The home is exceptionally clean, quiet, and has absolutely everything you might possibly need or want. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive to communication. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
