BIG DISAPOINTMENT.
Absolutly no 5 star and no ultra all inclusife when you have to pay for a normal beer, wine, wiskey, rum or piece of meat after you payed €400 for one night. Rude staff except the gentleman at the gate, the lady at the sigar bar and Asian staff. You pay a adult price for a boy of 17 but kicked out of the pool and almost the hotel when you want to cooldown in the adult pool. For real all inclusive an 5 STAR treatment we go next time to the Cove Rotana or The Ritz in RAK. The rixos is far from quality and respect for there guests.
