Uniek is de centrale ligging direct aan het strand en aan de stad Rhodos City zelf. Hotel kennen wij al een 20 tal jaren en de service is zeer goed, echter de kamers aan de zeekant zijn door de tijd heen toch wel aan vervanging toe voor wat betreft het interieur. Daarnaast dient de rotzooi van oude airco apparaten eens te worden opgeruimd op het platte dak van het onderliggende restaurant. Ook is de afvoerpijp van het afvoersysteem keuken aan een zijde open (doorgeroest) waardoor etenluchtjes e.d. in de bovengelegen sea vieuw kamers doordringen.

The staff in the restaurant was very kind, nothing to say about the service. the food was good, though need to cue quite often. The location is OK, the room was clean. I don't think that the hotel deserves 5 stars, too expensive for what it is. the admin promised a sea view room upgrade for our honeymoon stay, which was not provided. The gym and the susnbeds on the beach are for extra fee!!!! Never saw it in a proper 5 star hotel. the beds in the room are on rollers that at a small movement the bed moves around at night. We kindly asked to change or to fix it, nothing was done for it either. My advice, spend your money for something better than Mitsis. Will never go back again.

Dear, We are extremely surprised to read the content of your negative review as well as other review posted on Expedia from you. Upon arrival you received the exact room type booked according to your reservation from the travel agency. We had well noted your request of a free room upgrade, but as mentioned this is always upon availability and since our hotel was fully booked, we did not have the possibility to offer you this. We would also like to remind that you received some free extras from our side for the special occasion. Also being known for our friendly customer service it is unusual for us to hear that the members of our personnel were unsupportive and aggressive. Mutual respect between staff and guests is a must and any issues can be resolved in a calm manner, not by sending us several urging e-mails in order to get an upgrade which was simply not possible. De medewerkers zijn fantastisch! Altijd super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het hotel zelf was proper. Het eten was gevarieerd en er was meer dan voldoende keuze. Een zalig hotel waar ik met veel plezier naar terugkeer.

Mooi hotel. Wij waren in de herfstvakantie. Het water in beide zwembaden is dan wel erg koud. Eten is fantastisch. De ligging is ook perfect! Receptie regelt alles voor je. Gym moet je helaas wel voor betalen.

Een fijn all-inclusive hotel vlakbij zee en stad
We kijken (gezin met 3 kinderen, 15/19/22 jaar) met plezier terug op deze vakantie in de laatste week van april 2018. We hadden er een all-inclusive arrangement met twee hotelkamers. Het was er nu gezellig druk, maar het was nog geen hoogseizoen. Ik kan me voorstellen dat je dan regelmatig in de wachtrij staat.

Toplocatie aan het strand
Prima hotel aan het strand en op loopafstand van het nieuwe en oude centrum van Rhodos. Het drinken was zeer matig met rare nepsmaak van frisdranken. Jammer dat zij geen flesjes water schenken aangezien wij het water daar niet kunnen drinken en hierdoor dus ook 1 dag ziek zijn geweest. Flessen water bij de receptie vragen dan krijg je ze wel en zelf meenemen naar de eetzaal. Buffeteten was steeds hetzelfde, restaurantjes bij het zwembad wel erg lekker maar geniet ook van de restaurantjes in het centrum! Bedden waren keihard, kamer was ruim en hotel is erg schoon. All-in formule was niet zoals we gewend waren van andere 5 sterren hotels, verder heerlijke vakantie met geweldige locatie aan het strand waar het lekker waait en dus goed uit te houden is in de warme zon.

The amount of ridiculous rules about what you can and can't have/do make this an unpleasant hotel to stay in. For example, we had lunch in the Greek restaurant and the dessert (like so many other things) was not available. However, it was in the next restaurant a couple of metres away. They insisted that I sit at a table for 4 in one establishment with my husband sitting at a table for 4 in the other to eat dessert. Certainly not a customer centred approach! Another example, the minibar in the room (small bottle of wine, 2 beers and 4 cans of pop) can only be replenished every other day. I thought the member of staff replenishing the minibar was going to explode when I asked for a replacement beer. The food in the main dining room is very poor and everything tasted the same. It also wasn't hot. Cleaning of bedrooms inadequate - literally a change of the bins and towels daily. I would never stay here again. Definitely, not 5*.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff and service 1st class, food so much to choose from lots of a la carte restaurants, hotel spotless always cleaning all areas. Lovely beach front location with free sun beds, only 15 minute walk in to the port and old town. Great evening entertainment and branded drinks what more could you want. Had a fantastic 14 night holiday here and can’t wait to return again next year bringing the family with us.

For the price we paid through Expedia, the hotel is good. Not 5* and high quality that the brand seems to suggest though. The restaurants served good food but the buffet was very basic. 3 star quality compared to other all inclusive hotels. The food choices were all most the same every night. The restaurants seem very under staffed too, even though there’s lots of people working there. We went for brunch one morning and got told basically they had run out of everything because of the other guests so when I ordered the fruit pancakes, it was literally a pancake and syrup. The brunch restaurant was an absolute mess too. When we dined in the Italian restaurant, the service was very slow. I asked for an aperol spritz with my food and got told we usually would offer this but are too busy so pick a simpler drink. Not really 5* service. We ordered a lunch bag for a day trip and my vegetarian sandwich was literally tomato and lettuce. When you order one from the app it describes a lovely cheese roll in a lovely white chilled bag to keep your food cool all day. We got given a falling apart black bag and a paper bag. Don’t advertise it as so lovely if it’s so basic. The room we had was very dated and clearly needed a refurbishment compared to the other rooms we saw. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly. Great bar service! I think they are just overwhelmed with how many guests stay at the hotel. A few changes and the hotel would be great.

Les salles de bains sont vraiment dans un état de vétusté auquel on ne s attend pas. En terme de propreté, il faut demander pour que le ménage soit fait tous les jours. En août, les piscines sont bondées et il est difficile de trouver un transat après 9h! Il y a des groupes de musique tous les soirs, ce qui est plutôt agréable. La nourriture est bonne et les restaurants sur réservation de très bonne qualité.
