Dit leuke en gezellige huis in Rockaway Beach heet u welkom om te ontsnappen aan de kust en te genieten van de ontspannen stijl. Het huis ligt op slechts enkele minuten lopen naar winkels / restaurants in het centrum en toegang tot mijlen van het prachtige strand. Veel te doen binnen 15-20 minuten rijden van Tillamook naar Manzanita!

Dit huis zit vol met gezellige accenten en de lay-out op één niveau maakt het gemakkelijk voor iedereen om rond te reizen. Voorzieningen zoals WiFi, tv via Fubo en een dvd-speler zijn beschikbaar voor amusement.

Ga op het privéterras zitten voor je ochtendkoffie of avondcocktail terwijl je de gasgrill activeert.

Het huis is hondvriendelijk voor honden die huisvriendelijk zijn. Maximaal twee pups voor de huisdierentoeslag per nacht.

Net gerenoveerd, dit schattige huis heeft nieuwe vloeren, moderne apparatuur, waaronder een vaatwasser, en nieuwe granieten tegel aanrecht. De keuken is gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt (potten, pannen, bestek, enz.), Evenals een broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en filters, blender, mixer en slowcooker - het maken van een thuis koken in een handomdraai.

Dit huis met één slaapkamer en één badkamer biedt plaats aan vijf gasten met een queensize bed in de grote slaapkamer en twee futons (queensize en eenpersoons) in de woonkamer. Een wasmachine en een droger in de garage maken het wasgoed in een handomdraai. Veel parkeergelegenheid op de oprit of in de garage.

We brengen veel tijd door met krabben en vissen in Rockaway tijdens de zomer / herfst, dus wie weet krijg je misschien verse krab uit de lucht gehaald. We zijn blij om activiteiten aan te bevelen, vissen charters, etc. in het gebied.

Maak een uitstapje naar de Tillamook Cheese-fabriek, Nehalem Winery, Barview Jetty, bekijk de vuurtoren van Terrible Tilly of wandel over de Neah-Kah-Nie-route. Maak een uitstapje op de Oregon Scenic Railroad of bekijk het gebied vanuit een ander perspectief op de Rail Riders. A return engagement

This is my second time here so I knew what to expect. On both occasions, I enjoyed a personal quilting retreat because of the ping pong table in the garage. I hope to make this an annual event. With Jane’s Fabric Patch in Tillamook as an added bonus it was everything I enjoyed.

Cute, older home

We had a really nice time at this home. It was in a great location and walkable to restaurants and such. It is an older home and needs a little bit of work, but sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee early in the morning really makes up for anything you may feel the home is lacking. The weather was perfect! It does appear that some things are being done to the house to make it more inviting. The ping pong table was a big hit, and my son and I had so much fun trying to beat each other. You will love it. The garage door has some rusting and open areas at the bottom and at first glance may be off putting to some, but it didn’t really bother us. The owners are more than willing to listen to the renter and truly want to make this the best home ever. They were very quick to respond to anything. Please consider booking here. Your stay will be peaceful and worth it!

Holiday weekend

The location was right in the heart of Rockaway which was amazing for the 4th of July. We were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway. Perfect location for the festivities. House could use a deep clean for spider webs etc but overall was a great last minute stay.

Confortable stay in Rockaway Beach

Pleasant, well-equipped house 5 blocks from the beach made for a comfortable and convenient week-long stay. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck, fires in the wood stove, and the easy walk to the beach. Plantings around the house make it feel very private and secluded. Second bedroom is a chilly walk through the unheated garage/rec room in October, but the bedroom itself is cozy and well-heated. Upper bunk in that bedroom is likely better suited to a child than an adult. Recommend the Beach Bakery and the Old Oregon Smokehouse for food in town, and there is a big-ish supermarket 4 miles up 101 in Manzanita. The house location is wonderful for exploring the northern Orgeon coast, and Rockaway Beach and the house are also lovely for just relaxing and enjoying.

Great stay!

This was a great little house…super clean and just as advertised. I have absolutely zero complaints. The kitchen was not as well supplied as some VRBO’s but I was prepared because everything was properly listed in the description. Nice getaway with the grandkids

We had a nice time staying at this home at Rockaway Beach. We were able to walk to the playground, ice cream shop and beach - all the important places for the grandkids! The house was comfortable and fun for us all! There were only a couple very minor things that we noticed and probably couldn’t have been helped - the walls are very thin or not very well insulated. So nap time for the little one was hard, since she could hear everything that was going on elsewhere in the house. And the metal bunk bed is super squeaky. An “active night time sleepers” would make noise with every toss and turn. Anyway, we had an overall great time and would definitely return next summer! The owners were very friendly and accommodating!

Cozy place with great location

Stayed here for three nights with several friends + their dog. Overall, we thought that this was a cozy little beach getaway with close access to the beach and other local areas. With that said, there were a couple of items that we thought could use some improvement: - There was a hole in the bedsheet. Bedding did not not feel clean. - Stains and mildew smell from the towels. Generally not pleasant or clean :( - We were greeted by a trashcan full of trash outside upon arrival. At one point, a neighbor stopped by to complain to us about the trash situation. Very uncomfortable. - I messaged the host about the trash situation, and they responded a day later about a different stove issue that they had fixed, which was not something I brought up or even noticed. Very strange. Additional improvements, of slightly less importance: - the mattress on the bunk beds aren't comfortable. Two of us had back pain after sleeping there. - The electric situation is odd: the switch on the wall controls both night light and the ceiling light - very inconvenient. - The space needs a chair or two or a luggage rack for guests to put stuff on. We had to get a chair from the living room, but still have to leave our bag and clothes on the floor. - The door to the yard can't be latched properly. Please fix the door or provide guests door stoppers. - No lid to pots. We had to use another frying pan to cover the pots. - Would be nice to have a water kettle. Despite the items above, we still had a great time. In particular, we really enjoyed the following: - Again, the location is unbeatable! - The house is very spacious and homey. - The yard is lovely for outdoor dining/hanging out, although that grill could use some cleaning and a drip tray. - The bathroom and kitchen are nice. - TV has many functions that allows us to watch shows and movies. - The pingpong table in the garage is really fun!

Cozy home within walking distance to the beach and shopping.

Very nice home with with great amenities. Beautiful flowers to greet as you enter the home. Clean and comfortable inside. Fun to play ping pong and enjoy a bbq on the back deck. Would recommend staying at this home for anyone visiting the area.

Gem on the coast

Great escape from the city. The yard is very secluded despite being in a neighborhood. Walking distance to beach and can hear waves break from the deck. Great hosts and will return again.

Finally a place to rest

Close to everything! Our family enjoyed getting to know Rockaway beach. We visited with family and thoroughly enjoyed our time. A great place for a mom to take a nap!! Kids stayed busy, weather was exactly perfect. Thank you for offering a great family home to just get away.

Cool quilt retreat.

This was a much needed vacation and it was worth every penny. The only problems we encountered were: No open restaurants due to lack of staff No grocery store nearby The garage (my quilting space) smelled Of urine. We didn’t think the TV service was user friendly. Next time, we will be better prepared food-wise. Our dog, Cooper, had no squirrels to bark at but that was a blessing for the neighborhood. I/we will be back in the spring for what I hope becomes an annual event.

The house was spotless Lee clean and had every amenity we needed. We had a small problem with the television and the owner was over there fixing it within 10 minutes. Also loved the deck and the private fenced backyard for the dog. Great property, I would absolutely stay there again.
