Fire alarm malfuntions, every hour, and the staff lied to us and.... no refunds just more lies to avoid refunding, thats called a scam! How could we ever come back to this dump, or any IHG after they lied to me several times!

Hello Joshua,As said during the conversation at the front desk, we are unable to process refunds on our end with Expedia bookings and you would have to contact them directly to start the process per protocols. I do apologize that you had an unpleasant time with us and wish you all the best.
