All you need is there. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Beds are poor

Airco was making lots of noise.
Room had 2 queen beds. Both were very bumpy and it feld like a waterbed.
Shower had half water, rest went on the bath tap.
Housekeeping came at 9.30. We booked 2 night because we wanted to sleep in. Not.
In The Netherlands they check if the guest has left and then cleaning the room. Suggestion.
Because we were sleeping at 9.30 the room was not done later for the next night.
No clean towels or bed made.
For the same amount you can choose another hotel with breakfast, beter beds, good working shower and better housekeeping rules.

For being the town that Roswell is, the hotel was actually very nice. And very clean and kept up.

The worker, Julia I believe her name was, was great. I had drove over 650 miles to get to Roswell, and was tired and hungry. She got me checked in quickly, and offered advice where to eat. The next day, she was very helpful in giving me places to check out in the Roswell area, and even went as far as to check the weather for me, since I had made the trip on a motorcycle. For a motorcycle traveler, I highly recommend staying at this hotel, there were seveeral other travelers on bikes too at the time, and we all had a good time there.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. unfortunately 3rd floor is 1/2 smoking.If you ever come this way again we will be sure to ut you on a different floor. 2nd floor & 3rd floor are only rooms that have 2 queen beds.
