4 o’clock is kind of late to check in. Especially when you have to be at a wedding at 1730. Contacted staff at 1030 was told they would call me when room was ready. Staff did not contact us. We went back at 2:30 we staff told us they would check status of room. The room was ready however supervisor did not approve. 15 min later staff came by the lobby where we were sitting to let us the room was ready.

This has always been our go to for San Diego. This is the 2nd Time I've had problems with our room. I booked a suite and they tried to give me a Jr Suite with no Kitchen. They ended up giving us our suite but we had to wait several hours for our room. Way past the 4:00 check in. I'm very disappointed. I'm not sure I will ever stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The restaurant I forget the exact name of it it’s located in the lobby area. Anyways there was an older gentlemen as our waiter. He went out of his way to attempt to brighten up my 6 year old sons attitude. My wife and I really appreciated that. Thank you we will be back.

Todo excelente, lugar muy bonito, buen restaurante, para disfrutar ... un poco lejos del centro o areas comerciales, pero si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y comodidad, este es el lugra.
