We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly. Was pretty quiet but you can still hear the freeway noise a bit. Of our three day stay maids only made up the room on our second full day. Hotel is definitely in need of remodeling, but it looks like they are starting on that project. We will continue to stay based on our needs (dog) and decent price in the off-season.

Excelente lugar para quedarse
Tranquilo, limpio, seguro y con excelentes cuartos, tiene elevador y tiene desayuno incluido tipo americano.

I booked a deluxe room in advance which was more price. I call the property to let know I was traveling with a very small dog they could have told us then that they don’t allowed dogs in deluxe rooms. When we arrive they gave us a room with double beds for me and my husband and we were told they could not refund us the difference because we booked through Expedia. And we were charged an additional 75.00 for my dog as a dep in case she dirty the room. That has not been refunded to our credit card yet even do we left on Sunday March the 10th . I’m sure they clean the room already and know my dog didn’t dirty it.
