There is nothing grand about this Hyatt. Walls are paperthin and I could hear every next door conversation. No minibar, no roomservice, no in house store to buy any water/beverage/snack in the evening. Breakfast is substandard at premium pricing. Water pressure on the 25th floor was zero, but good on the 12th floor. Multiple lights in room did not work. Gym needs proper cleaning with the level of dust under and on the machines just unacceptable. Beds are comfortable and location is good/convenient.

During your stay if you're ever experiencing noise issues please let us know so we can make the necessary adjustments to accommodate you. For our food and beverage options we have our OneUp bar that is open on the Mezzanine everyday from 4p.m - 11p.m and you can order food until 10:30p.m. In the morning during the breakfast hours you can also purchase items from the Market which has beverages and snacks. We apologize for the low water pressure that you experienced in your room. We'll ensure that we clean the gyms in all areas to reflect a clean space.
