Perfect spot to visite the city. On a junction of the cable cars. Nice place to relax after a long day of visiting.

Stayed one night for a show a few blocks away. Good location, walkable neighborhood, and I liked the Muybridge imagery in the lobby

The location was perfect for our visit. We were there for a concert at The Masonic. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the property was beautiful.

We have stayed here twice. The hotel is conveniently located. As a guest, your first impression is of the staff who greet you when you check in. I think your staff should dress in professional attire. In my opinion, they look sloppy and extremely casual. For a high end hotel, you expect the staff to dress appropriately. They also could improve their communication with their guests by being more pleasant and accommodating.
