Prachtige ligging en hele mooie nette suites. Personeel vriendelijk. Schoonmaak iedere dag. Eten ruime keuze. In het hotel bijna geen animatie. Vind dit een minpunt voor zo'n mooi en uitstekende ligging van dit hotel aan het strand. Omgeving ook niet veel te doen. Niet geschikt voor jeugd om feest te vieren/disco.

Goede service en aan het strand
Goed hotel met voortreffelijke service. Zelfs Wifi signaal op het strand als het niet te veel waait.Wel veel ouderen in dit tijd van het jaar. prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Elke dag schoonmaak en indien gewenst elke dag schone handoeken. Handoeken voor op het strand-zwembad gratis verkrijgbaar tegen een borgsom. SA Coma veel Duisters en hierdoor heel erg Duits ingericht. Appartement was heel erg ruim.

Ich war jetzt innerhalb von zwei Monaten das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Unschlagbar ist die Lage mit guten kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter im Empfang, die mich wiedererkannt haben, waren sehr freundlich, wie das restliche Personal. Die Suiten sind geräumig und das Bad enthält alles was man braucht. Auch der Blick aufs Meer ist grandios. Die Mahlzeiten, die in Buffetform angeboten werden, sind reichlich in der Auswahl. Ich komme garantiert wieder.

Vom Check-In bis zum Checkout super freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmerreinigung sehr gründlich. Das Essen, vom Frühstück übers Mittagessen bis zum Abendessen sehr vielfältig von der Speisenauswahl, das Showcooking ist ein Erlebnis und sowohl Qualität als auch Quantität des Essens sind hervorragend. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen, für das das Hotel aber nichts kann, ist das Britannia Pub auf der anderen Straßenseite mit lauter Musik und lauten Gästen bis in die Nacht. Ich fahre definitiv wieder hin.

Sa Coma is a lovely area. The hotel it’s self, beach and surrounding areas are great. Food was good with a wide selection. What lacked was anything to do within the hotel. No activity’s through the day, no entertainment on an evening. Overall not bad but next time I’d go to a different hotel.

No sleep basic hotel
The hotel was ‘ok’ there were lots of little niggles for example the fridge in the room was so small you couldn’t get a 2ltr bottle in it without removing all the shelves and it didn’t really keep things cool, I put some fruit in there and it was rotten the next day. The biggest issue was the beds. Main beds in the bed area were ok, the lounge area was the most uncomfortable sofa bed imaginable, which initially I complained to reception about, they told me there was nothing they could do so I went to THB direct and they were changed to ‘proper’ beds… I later found out they were so hard was like sleeping on the floor. Unless you’re all inclusive I wouldn’t stay again, we we’re definitely treated like the poor relation. Drinks were €6 regardless of what you had and the entertainment wasn’t much cop. The hotel has recently been refurbished and they’ve done a good job of the communal areas but the room are very basic, no dressing table (a stool in the bathroom too low to see into the mirror) no cups, but there was a kettle., random microwave. The pool wasn’t that clean, there were always bugs in it and on our first day there was a drowned dragonfly and sat on the edge all day, just left (the size of a small bird). The majority of residents of the hotel were Spanish and it was definitely aimed at them, which is obviously fine in a Spanish country but we tended to (try) and sleep there only SaComa is beautiful and I’d highly recommend the resort, but next time we’d stay elsewhere.

Total lækkert hotel lige ned til stranden
Dejligt hotel nær strand. Perfekt udsigt fra 7 etage ud over hele stranden. God mad, sødt og venligt personale. Hele hotellet er nyrenoveret. Det var 3.gang vi boede der, og kommer igen til næste år. Schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon zum Meer
Das Zimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand und schön groß geschnitten durch einen Vorraum mit Sofa, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls großzügig mit reichlich Platz. Der Ort hat mir allerdings nicht so gut gefallen. Für unseren Geschmack keine guten Restaurants.. Im Hotel und im Ort sind viele Briten, die meisten mit all inclusive- was sie auch gern ausnutzen. Das Frühstück war leider auch nicht sehr ansprechend. Der Raum voll und sehr laut. Das Essen leider von keiner guten Qualität, Kaffee nicht gut (haben einen relativ hohen Anspruch) lediglich das Obst war lecker. Nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Urlaub!

THB Sa Coma peggiorato
Sa coma è molto bella, la struttura del thb è rinnovata ma la ristrutturazione ha penalizzato l 'aparthotel trasformandolo in un hotel. Il ristorante è scadente sia nella colazione sia nel pranzo sia nella cena. È frequentato solo da inglesi e tedeschi e pochi spagnoli. C'è poco personale che serve, che pulisce o in reception il personale è visibilmente stanco, forse per i troppi turni, ma si vede che fa il massimo. Il management non ha fatto cambiare l 'acqua alla piscina in una settimana di nostro soggiorno. Era sporca, torbida e la gente ci mangiava mentre faceva il bagno, nessuno del personale ha corretto questo cattivo comportamento per non parlare dei gonfiabili che occupavano tutto lo spazio in acqua. Insomma sa coma è bella ma l hotel deve essere rivisto nella gestione.

A good hotel!
Hotel was very modern and clean. We had a small problem where a lat was missing from below my daughters' mattress which we reported and was repaired that day. The room was serviced to a high standard each day. The food was good but a bit limited for vegetarians but the staff did their best to help my veggie daughter. The staff were always friendly and polite. We went on the beach each day but if you like the pool you need to get up mad early to reserve a sun bed!

We were HB & were not disappointed by the quality of food- though we did eat out a lot, but that's only because finding great local food is a part of our holiday experience! Forget about a sun bed, unless you want to engage in the competitive sun bed olympics at 6 in the morning- if we did happen to be up at that time, we had far more fun watching the antics below!! The entertainment was ok- fit for purpose but not top notch. Kids club was ok- although our daughter (5) did appear at our room in the 5th floor having lost the group... Swimming pool was ace, but the real reason to come here is the proximity to the beach - and what a beach it was! The quality of beds and linen was disappointing for a 4* and really should've been better & there was a lot of noise at night, both from the metal slide near the stage and the bars on the other side, but we slept pretty well despite these things. Another great thing - a distinct lack of mozzies!!! Would we go back- possibly! We loved the bar scene in local s'illiot but didn't see much by way of quality hotels. I would look for a bit more luxury- but the situation and value for money of this place will be very tough to beat.

Todo genial. Ideal para familias.
Habitación con 2 tv. Una habitación principal y otra para los niños en su sofá cama. Camadas muy cómodas. Personal atento. Todo muy bien. Sólo q coincidimos con verbenas del pueblo al lado del hotel (una vez al año) y concierto hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada.

Skønt hotel men enkelt receptionist ødelagde alt!
Efter et skønt ophold på 10 dage skulle vi hjem fra Mallorca. Vi slæbte vores bagage ned fra 7. sal og ville veje taskerne inden bussen kom. Vægten som kostede 1€ pr. vejning virkede ikke og da vi havde forsøgt med vores sidste mønter henvendte jeg mig til receptionisten, som gav mig 2 € tilbage. Jeg prøvede igen men vægten virkede stadig ikke. Jeg henvendte mig igen og denne ganh rystede han bare på hovedet og grinede af mig mens han sagde "jeg bad dig ikke om at putte flere penge i" og så slog han bare ud med armene. Vi kom til at betale 300 kr. for overvægt i lufthavnen! Den receptionist havde tidligere på ugen været direkte modbydelig overfor min 10-årige datter som havde henvendt sig til ham fordi hun havde tabt sit all-inklusive armbånd. Han sagde bare "næste gang får du ikke et nyt når du bare smider det væk" Min datter havde tabt det i poolen og havde bestemt ikke gjort det med vilje så hun var rigtig ked af det! Derudover havde vi en dejlig ferie og hotellet samt maden, værelset og rengøringen var i top! Men vi havde ikke forventet mindre til prisen, for det var bestemt ikke billigt!!!

First family holiday with a 3month old baby. All the staff were really accommodating and made the trip as easy as possible for us. Absolutely no complaints at all from our trip!

On our arrival, we saw that the pillows placed in our room were blood stained. Based on the expedia description of "free parking on premises", there is no parking available in the hotel for the hotel guest. One can find free parking outside but the listing is wrongly mentioned. The staff were polite, however the cleanliness was average.

Personal genial y apartamentos grandes con vistas
Los apartamentos son grandes y cómodos (colchón no muy confortable). Las vistas son muy bonitas al mar y la piscina. Bastante ruido con el hotel de enfrente hasta las 12h de la noche pero si disfrutas del día por la noche nada te va impedir dormirte. El personal del hotel es muy amable, da gusto hablar con ellos! Lo que si me pareció mal fue el hecho de tener que pagar las bebidas (cena) aunque ya hayas pagado media pensión...

Mallorcan Beach dreams come true.
This is a wonderful hotel/condo. Right on the beach, ever room has fabulous views. The kltchen was great, but hotel needs to supple kitchen with dishwashing soap and pan scrubber/sponge. We were not on all inclusive but tried both the breakfast and dinner. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was good. Daytime staff were wonderful. Every question was answered and explained well and with friendliness. nIght staff was a different story. We needed extra blankets, but, the clerk, did not understand ANY English. He finally got the idea but then brought sheets instead of blankets. Finally he brought blankets but acted angry that i had made the request. The next night i phoned to request a wakeup call. He did not understand wake up call so we didn't get one. Night staff need to know a few hotel English words like blankets and wake up call,

Decent hotel, but too noisy in the evenings.
Hotel is decent enough, if a bit dated. Unfortunately, the management seems to think it's OK to leave the music blaring in the garden until almost midnight every night (not to mention kids' "entertainment" programmes start at 9pm!). This makes the rooms too noisy to sleep before midnight as the all face the communal pool/garden. Worse, the back of the rooms are too close either to a noisy pub or a rattling cooling system of the supermarket that shares the same block. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone with pre-teens or expecting a relaxing holiday. On the plus side, the pools are keep very clean and the beach is just a hop and a skip away and rather nice. Sa Coma is also well placed to pop to nearby towns for sights, beaches, and change of scenery.
