Aangenaam ondanks overlast werkzaamheden

Uiterst aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Jammer genoeg wordt er voor het hotel al 2 jaar aan de weg gewerkt waardoor verkeersopstoppingen n vervelende bijkomstigheid zijn. Daarnaast wordt er in het hotel aan u facelift gewerkt dus nogal wat overlast van lawaai. Dit werd echter door Sarah van front office op een geweldige manier opgevangen en gecompenseerd. Chapeau hiervoor!

Temperature in rooms unbearable. Windows are exposed to direct sun and are not isolated. Rooms were not clean when checking in. Toiletries insufficient, had to ask the staff for everything. Pool towels are nasty!.

Beautiful property, amazing views and big spacious garden area with pool and waterfall. The service is excellent, the food options are great from poolside, breakfast buffet, and restaurants. I really was impressed by the bakery that turns amazing patisserie on a daily basis (in house). The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I really enjoyed my visit.
