I have booked and paid via expedia, and then I had to pay again, although I told the person at reception that it was already paid for. Then, I 've received a phone call to tell me that indeed it is double paid... and I have asked for a reimbursement. 1 month later, it is still not done!

Dear Mam,With ref. to the refund of excess amount paid we are continuously in touch with you and keeping you updated on the progress. Initially we tried for reversal of payment in the credit card only but it didn't work. Hence we are trying now to refund the amount in the bank details provided by you but it will may take some time as its a international remittance.
